Ordered a burger, 4/20/24 9:30 pm. I took 1 bite and pulled out the wax paper separator. Obviously, the line cook did not even flip the burger for even cooking. When I returned to the server, she did apologize. However, the manager ignored the situation. I asked for a beef sandwich in hopes of getting my food sooner. However, after waiting another 8-10 min for the beef, I walked back up to the counter to find a burger after explaining for a 2nd time how I no longer wanted a burger. Then, I had to wait for them now to gain a simple task of making a roast beef. They still offered me the remade burger that i had to deny for a 3rd time. What a joke. The cook should be fired, and the manager needs training. Good luck at this place. P.s. The beef was dry, cold, and un edible. I threw most of it way.

I came and ordered an Italian beef with cheese sauce and hot peppers, I got my order and bit into my sandwich noticing I didn’t have hot peppers. So I went back and went in and spoke to this young lady with blonde on top and brown hair pulled into a bun, I asked her if she could fix it kindly but also have it baptized… she stood and laughed with other employees saying idk what to do… so I went and paid for extra fries and I seen the cook he was a Caucasian man with a bald head snatch my sandwich and when I got my order back I see that he squeezed my sandwich and then wrapped it back up carelessly? I was going to go back but I felt I did enough for the day lol but I’m just appalled. There was no reason for those responses. I was very kind and respectful.Hope that made them feel better I guess.

I got the Italian beef with hot giardinara, and split some onion rings and fries with family. It all tasted good going down, lol! The beef is super tender and tasty but has a bit more Italian seasoning than I prefer but still pretty good; Pop's is better. The onion rings are extra crispy and I had a hard time tasting the onion. The crinkled fries were delicious and I usually don't care for crinkle cut. It all went downhill when I developed the worst indigestion I've ever had. I ate at 230pm and by 6pm my stomach was killing me. I tried to ignore it but by 11pm I was feeling nauseated. I upchucked by 1130 and felt much better. Buona is relatively tasty but too damn expensive to leave me feeling ill. I suspect it was the hot giardinara but I like and eat really hot foods/peppers often so irdk what was up with this food. In the future I'll stick with Pop's (they were closed on Easter so Buona was my second choice that day...plus Pop's is way cheaper).

The employees have been friendly every time I've gone! If u want a GREAT Buffalo chicken salad at a GREAT price......UH HUH!!!!$11.01 with tax!!CAN NOT get a fresher, customized salad ANYWHERE else for this price!!***THEY HAVE RED ONION!!! ?
Food was delicious. Hot when it was received. Didn't have to wait long. Place was very clean and kept up.Kid-friendliness: Everyone there very friendly and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is easy to enter and exit the building.
