The inside is very trendy but the food was a disappointment. I ordered the lamb burger which lacked flavor and light on the tszaki. I upgraded to onion rings which had no onions inside the ring. I literally tore the last five apart to inspect them. The counter staff is very friendly.

My sweet potatoes were not fully cooked and the ones that were cooked were soggy no crisp. The onion rings were soggy too. The burgers were okay I wanted a char grilled flavor for the price I paid.

Got the family meal which is great value, we opted for eat in. Service was not great and the crispy chicken burgers were actually black-brown.Given that the service was interested in the phone more and did not even offer us plates we just ate and left. Not likely to return or recommend.

Very mediocre, bland and tasteless. The fries are unique, I liked the thought of the chip. But even they were tasteless…not even SALT. Nice concepts but lacked in flavor.

Based on the menu picture I wasn't prepared for all pre-made, frozen patties and fries. And the slow service sure would have lead you to believe they were making it fresh. Nope...they were just cooking the life out of everything. Literally left with my jaw hurting because of the workout I got chewing all the overcooked food. If I hadn't been so hungry I would have skipped this one. The falafel was hard around the edges. The lamb tasted more like a school cafeteria soy patty. And the fries and onion rings?...also over cooked and yet cold. Won't be back. Not sure why so many people kept coming in to order to go. Surely there aren't many repeat customers.

Wish I could give zero stars for manners and food. As I was coming in, and was in the process of putting my mask on I was rudely yelled at to ensure I have one on. While ordering two gentlemen walked in with no mask and no one said anything to them. I finished my order and left with my food while the other gentlemen were still putting their order in, still no mask. I drove 5min home and to my surprise all the food is cold..I mean COLD it's like it was just sitting there not even under a warmer

Flavor not too bad.... But $30 for this!!! First time, last time. Could have went and sat down at a real burger joint, or white castle. I'll pass.

BurgerIM was my favorite burger stop. Unfortunately, I’ll never eat at one of your establishments again. After walking in and being refused service for not wearing a mask. As it’s your right not to serve me, it’s my right to never eat at a BurgerIM again, and tell everyone I know!

I went today after school with the grands ,first off i called the order in and paid over the phone, because i was told that’s what i had to do is pay over the phone, no problem. I was told my order would be ready in about 8 minutes, got there and of course it wasn’t ,i waited approx 20 minutes after arriving, ( place was empty) anyway i finally received my order a family box and Vanilla Shake $48 bucks and got home to burnt fries ,overcook chicken sandwiches and dry burgers it was terrible.I did call back the young lady did offer me a coupon or something for next time, but i didn’t want it because my food was so obviously bad that they purposely sent that out like that ! I’ve been supporting them since they opened during the Pandemic, but not anymore

Being a gourmet burger restaurant, I was expecting a fresh meat patty. Dry and tasteless, toppings were fresh but the bun was stale. Fries were ok hot and crispy. My bill was 13.05 but instead of rounding down the cashier gave 95 cents all in nickels.
