Blanca, the lady who made my bowl drooled in it. She refused to make me a new one. Meat was also undercooked. Blanca had a bad attitude with my wife. Terrible experience

After standing in a line that was out of the door for more than 15 mins, I place my order for a chicken bowl and chips, only to be told that the chips are only for "online customers" because they "paid first." Are you kidding ? I'm looking at a wall of chips, bag after bag, row after row on the shelf, and the people in the line cannot purchase them, but the people standing in the "online order" area can? That's the reward for standing in line? Ridiculous. Shame on you, Chipotle.

Today March 13th 2 workers ruined my day when I came to get my food I guess one was training and was acting like she didnt hear what I wanted On my bowls continuously putting the wrong things wasting food . Then had a input on what I should or shouldnt get on my food as if she was eating it and not me . Then insisted that I dont return to this store because she wasnt capable of doing her job correctly and its not what you say its how you say it so maybe she should learn manners. Couldnt get any quac because it was black .

I ordered delivery of a burrito bowl with 2x protein and regular rice and everything else....well they only filled half the bowl. Literally.... and gave me only a small amount of protein. This chipotle likes to skimp and half axx everything they do. Horrible.

My first restaurant review ever, so congrats on that oak lawn chipotle. Real live humans walking into the store means nothing to this location and theyve made it clear by turning me away saying theyre only taking online orders. If thats how you treat the people who bothered to come get their food themselves, i wont be going anymore.

Dirty. Tables dirty, out of onions and bell peppers, dirty in napkin station and on counter at payout — dirty all over prep table, too-loud music … food salty … this is not Chipotle that they’re advertising on TV won’t gohere again.

They open at 10:45am. Arrived at 10:47 and they were not ready! The employee told my kid and I that we had to leave because they were not ready! She was very rude, which I don’t understand. I definitely will not return to this location.

I have never ever had what happened today happen. While they were dishing up my bowel saw a metallic object in the bowl they guy took it out. I said no make a new one. The manager told him not to throw it outThat is very unprofessional for any food place to do.

I’m so disappointed. Came to this location after work and I was starving. I got a steak bowl and 2 sides of salsa and a bag of chips. 1.) the cheese that was put on my bowl was DISGUSTING. Tasted so old and hard. 2.) the rice wasn’t cooked well at all. 3.) the chips were SO STALE. Chipotle chips are literally my favorite chips and when I got home and opened the bag and tasted these ones I was SO annoyed from how bad they tasted. 4.) the mild salsa was GROSS. Again, I absolutely love chipotle chips and salsa but the ones I received today were not it. I’m So disappointed in this stores service and food.
