Great sandwiches. Nice to alt between sandwich shops. Always good to order in person, they deliver the quality. The cookies and brownies are Delicious. They also have a Gallon drink deal. Kid friendly combos get a hat. If you like a small spicy challenge try theirJensen Sauce. Their meatball subs, brisket, steak, Jamaican and Cajun are delicious. They also give Mac and cheese, peppers if you ask. Most of all they do it in a timely manner and take their sandwiches seriously.

T-Mobile Tuesdays had buy one sandwich get on free at Firehouse sub and EVERY TIME it’s always something , the bread was hard and the meat was not enough too cover one side of bread it was FULL of lettuce and onions .I overheard the owner complaining about he never makes anything money off of T-Mobile Tuesday,.You can’t order inside the store you have to order online and the last time the system was DOWN and they were tell people who were coming in too find a different location. Customers was saying the other location systems was up but not your and they were Very upset to see a sign in the window saying the system will be down all week. The sandwich are not good when they have a special on T-Mobile Tuesdays. Just put up a sign saying you are not participate then given customers the runaround.

I am glad they have a donation and I try and leave a donation for the men and women who help with the fire dept. its a great way to give back and I try hard to give when I can to make the world Better. Really disappointed in the level of accuracy and service at this location. Placed an order today with a specific request for a sandwich to be made on whole wheat bread, as it was for a diabetic who cannot consume white bread, upon picking up the order and returning home we discovered the sandwich was made on white bread - even after confirming at the counter that the order would be checked for whole wheat. The other sandwiches in the order also had the wrong condiments that were requested to be left off. Fortunately the errors didn’t affect us as significantly as they would someone with an allergy, however, it’s a bummer to pay for food that ultimately cannot be consumed due to dietary restrictions.Have never had this issue at the Willowbrook location, will continue to make the extra drive for the service.
Food was okay, I ordered a salad and it was about $10 with no chicken. Had I known the upcharge for chicken was $2 I would’ve happily paid. They should disclose or ask if you want to add chicken to salads since it doesn’t automatically come with protein. I wanted a side of meatballs which they couldn’t do which was fine. The girl was training and was rude/sarcastic.

"Very disappointed to hear of the dishonest practices that were communicated by neighbors today. Not permitting our young kids to make use of their tmobile offer to get something to eat is shameful. Intentionally disabling mobile orders while at the same time refusing to honor the code on the app. Disgusting human behavior, with everything that's going on you would think that you would not play with someone's daily bread." - Bridgeview resident.They don't want to deal with "those people" - Oaklawn resident.

Food is usually good. This particular location however seems to be frustrated and lack hospitality. Another thing is, sometimes the meat comes out cold or not warm enough, so I asked if it could be steamed twice. Who I assume to be part owner with a lazy attitude said no he cannot, paused then said it's a liability? It's a liability to double steam the meat? So what would they do during rush hour? I worked at one of the busiest ones around and have never heard such. This one does seem clean. As for hospitality and a non robotic attitude not so much.

For starters if you aren't watching the workers they have gross ? practices. They will touch everything with the same gloves they make your sandwich with. Second why aren't the employees wearing hair nets. I loved coming here before but Its too much sickness going around to be unsanitary in any way. I asked the manager to ask a young lady to change gloves, they acted like they were upset. They were training someone new and she did not know what she was doing at all.
