First I was told 12 mins. Well 20 mins later I asked and the kid was completely rude that when I went to speak to the manager, she’s like didn’t you hear what he had to say first off don’t talk to customers like that and secondly don’t swear where they can hear you when you’re talking about them completely disrespectful, rude ignorant people that work there you have to have more respect for your customers, especially if your customers are giving you respect and fact I gave her more than apple my time after they burn the food. I really don’t think corporate does anything, but I’m putting this out here that something needs to be done about the staff

One of the worst locations I've been to.. Tonight was first time I went back after 5 years and aint nothing changed. Staff is still rude, no sense of urgency even with a full lobby,n orders not ready as stated or lost. My order was ready, and 6 people ahead of me. Waited ten minutes and she still helping the same guy. I just left, I'll get food elsewhere. Seriously need new management.

I placed an online order this evening for Italian cheese bread, the new pop overs, and crazy bread. As soon as we bit into the Italian cheese bread we knew something was wrong! It taste funky, sour, and pungent! Not sure what part of it was spoiled but it was definitely spoiled. Tried to call to complain but of course they don’t answer

Everything was so sloppy, crazy bread almost looked undercooked at first glance and were basically just plain, extremely un evenly cut bread sticks because no effort was put into actual putting the garlic butter and Parmesan ontop. This is not the first time I’ve received food in this manner from this location. . won’t be back.

I ordered a few pizzas for entertaining some guests through the app as recommended, from the time I placed the order it said they'd be ready in close to 90 minutes. I thought that was strange but I accepted it. Then an hour after the supposed time had passed and still nothing. I called the store multiple times and got no answer. I couldn't even call to cancel. I love little Caesars but this location was just the worst.
I ordered over the phone 2 pizza puffs. The money was taken out of my account as a delivery, and they had my address too. I waited 2 hours and couldn't get a hold of anyone nor got my food. I finally had to drive up to the store itself and it was sitting in the heater the whole time. They told me they don't do delivery even though when I called they confirmed they could. They wouldn't give a refund either. I had to pay extra for driver fees too.there was around 15 people waiting g for their food in their too. When I got the food it was lukewarm and I felt sick. Was the worst experience ever and would never come back. Had family had bad experiences there too.

Just worse customer service ever and very rude when I got there he had an attitude when I was talking to him I went to another store and brought from there this place should close due to lack of service

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I ordered 6 pizzas with a 3 hour advanced notice and when I went to pick them up i was told the order hadnt even been placed in the ovens yet and that it would be another 90min before they would be ready. The young man working the front desk seemed to have no care in providing even average customer service. This place may as well close shop if they cant even hire and properly train employees that care.

The slowest and worst Little Cesar's I have ever ordered from. They take more than an hr to prepare and order and then they get the food wrong. I have many other comments about the employees that would probably get blocked from this review, but they are 100% the problem. The owner has to know that that store is terrible.
