Outstanding! My Boot hang surprised me with birthday dinner here. Prime Rib and Rib Eye with enough for breakfast in the morning. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive, he made it that much more enjoyable(if a manager is reading this our reservation was under Muwwakkil) give him a pat on the back. And to complete it they has Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwich for Birthday Dessert(did y'all know that's my favorite).Salute!

Louie’s is on my list for my favorite dinner spot. I have visited the Oak Lawn location so many times and will miss our downtown like experience. Gorgeous, table settings, fresh linen table cloths, napkins, and Stella’s warm greeting when you enter the restaurant. Oh yeah, they also serve the best martinis I’ve ever had.

We have been coming to Louie’s for decades. It’s fine dining but very child friendly esp since our 6,8,&9 year old love the filet and king crab legs. The staff is awesome and the owners are great esp Kathy. I have been there for professional dinners, family occasions, Sunday dinners and much more and the service and food was always great. The menu is awesome. We love the appetizers and desserts never disappoint. The staff is also very accommodating when asked and will go above and beyond if you ask for anything. I read other reviews and some ppl are just miserable and many don’t know good food. I’m sure a lot of the negative reviews would be positive if they had just asked the staff. Don’t be discouraged to try this place as the price is very reasonable and the food is delicious!

I come to this superb place from time to time as I enjoy the ambiance that is part of this restaurant. The team is very loving and well trained. The service is deeply fast. Not to mention, the food they prepare is exceptionaly good. I frequent often and I was always satisfied. The price is modest. I highly suggest this place to all my friends.

My husband and I went to Louie's for my birthday on Sunday. First timers. The service was a bit slow considering they were not crowded. But the waiter was apologetic, so that was fine. Food was decent. Ordered filets, lobster tail, and the crab cakes. Spent over $225 when all was said and done. Within a few hours, we both become incredibly ill. I'll spare you the details. So disappointing. Glad we spent a couple hundred to be sick all day and call off work. Ugh. Update: reached out to them directly. Received no response.

Louie's is a terrific steak House with a quaint atmosphere and excellent wait staff. Tarimisu coming soon along with Creme broulee. As far as appetizers are concerned the sauteed octopus is a must try

I admire this spot! They serve high class food, their menu is rich, The chef in that restaurant is very trained, I love very much tasting all their dishes. The food is always good, the attitude towards the guests is good. I go often to this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all.

So disappointed! Haven't been there in forever, and couldn't wait to go again. Steaks were under cooked, aka raw - the shrimp scampi "special" that came with the steak were 2 shrimp cocktails thrown in the microwave with a dash of lemon juice. They were so rubbery. The dollop of salad dressing on the salad just ruined it. Will have garlic breath for a week!!! Ordered rice got mashed. Drinks were the only good thing - but then again how can you mess up beers?
