The bathroom was so nasty and unkempt! The food area was nasty with food all over the floor and the drink area was wet and most drinks were gone! I usually go through the drive through but decided to eat in and I was super grossed out@

AGAIN, items were missing from the order. You can't leave without pulling everything out of the bag to make sure it's all there. This is the 4th time it's happened. Then when you call, no one answers the phone. Food quality is great but the service accuracy is horrific!!!This manager needs to get this restaurant and employees straightened out or get fired!!!!Dietary restrictions: If you ask they will make unsalted fries for sodium restricted diet

Paid $14 for a bowl of lettuce. Spoke to Justin the manager , waste very nonchalant . No solution just toss it . Really this is not the first time I purchased a salad from Portillo. This location has really gone downhill. This salad looks really old and the lettuce has withered.

came here and ordered two salads. a chicken pecan and spicy chicken chop. when we got our order the spicy chop was just lettuce and chicken. when we went to the counter to tell them it was wrong, one of the employees insisted it was right. after they agreed to fix it, we waited about 15 minutes for another salad because they forgot about us and didn't know what we were at the counter for. the salad was still wrong after the fact. absolutely terrible

Need more attention to the cook of the food. The maxwells are over cooked at times and the veggies and toppings are the life savers for the dish. Shakes are amazing. Especially Strawberry. Food has its good and bad days. I just don’t want to spend that amount of money on a bad day. Grinds my gears.

The table needed to be wiped off. We asked, and no one came. My daughter wiped it down and said I guess it's self serve. When we got the food, the shake top wasn't on tight. It wasted. The hot peppers were missing. Had to go to the counter for peppers. My Italian beef was to be dipped, and it wasn't. I opened my sandwich and asked my daughter if they cut back on the meat.
