Jade was absolutely awesome at this location! The Subway app said they were open til 9pm when they are only open til 8pm. She stayed on the phone with me and called management. I assumed I was going to have a frustrating ordeal getting a refund, but Jade hooked it up and made my food. Great customer service! A+ for her and the manager.

I always look forward to seeing Bridget when I come to this location! She's always smiling, the store is clean and, my order is always 100%! Not to mention, she's usually by herself. She's always making great suggestions! I used to live in Burbank and now live in Alsip. There's SubWays closer but, I'll make the drive to come to THIS location!

Worst service ever I had a mobile order and walked in right behind as I placed order 3 more ppl walked in behind me and she completely stops making my order and serviced the other that came in.. and as she finished she threw my food and had a attitude… will never come here again on my lunch or ever (will tell all Amazon employees not to come here)

The girl on Friday noon is the rudest person I ever seen, I just came back from there and never again. I was talking in a mean way. No customer service,she shouldn't work with people.
Had a wonderful young lady named Ms. Tiffany take my whole teams order with a total of 16 sandwiches. She was beyond polite even when working by herself. She made all of the 16 sandwiches is 30 minutes:) very good thank you Ms. Tiffany!!!!!

The worker was so rude towards my mom. She made my mom feel uncomfortable because she doesn’t speak as well in English as she does spanish. The worker kept giving her looks and kept responding to my mom as if she were dumb. Never returning again.
