Ordered online but there was something wrong with their ordering system. Got a call from a driver informing me that the order didn't go through, even though she had the order information. They refused to give her the food. Tried calling several times but no one picks up the phone (they must get a lot of complaints over the phone), so Idecided to drive over to find out what happened. While I was waiting to speak to someone, I heard my name as one of the employees gave my order to a different driver. I convinced the driver it was my food when someone asked " what's the problem?" When I explained the situation and how I was upset for having to pay for delivery when I drive into the store, this person said "I don't see the problem.... you got your food didn't you?"

Manager didn't bother to analyze the problem or take initiative fix it. My order was missing items, the items had toppings I clearly didn't want on them, or give us any type of hot sauce. No fries or cheese cup..etc.

Had the late night munchies and got 4 crunchy tacos and one of my tacos had a piece of hair made me lose my appetite honestly.I got more packets of sauces than actual meat in the tacos so disappointed with this new location definitely sticking to my og place from now on.

I don't know why the bad reviews about Taco Bell are not putting everything in the bag. I think most people trying to get free food leave bad reviews because it didn't go their way when the employees know they gave them all their food. I've seen this once, and when the customer said they were going to leave a review, they said what their name was, and when I checked, they actually left a review. I have always gotten what I ask for, and it hasn't been sloppy. No I do not work for Taco Bell.
