My daughter LOVES it here !!their smoothies are wonderful and the staff helped when I was short a few cents. I was short like fifty cents and since i live down the block I asked if i could come back with the change surprisingly she said yes and was so sweet and kind. So I give them 5 stars for great customer service and wonderful drinks. I just think they should add milk shakes too .. the only reason there is one star for food is because they do not serve food

Being for the bay area, I know what good Boba taste like (haha). This place had lots of good reviews and an extensive menu, so I know I had to check it out. I got their jasmine milk tea with Boba and my brother got their strawberry milk tea with Boba as well. Their milk teas are really yummy and not too Sweet which I love. The Boba itself was a little too chewy and not my favorite. Overall it wasn't too bad and I would go back to try other drink options as well.

my sister and i just got two drinks from teayard, a strawberry boba and a strawberry smoothie with boba. we were on our way back from the place to the car and the cup of the smoothie combusted and broke at the bottom. the drink spilled everywhere on my sister and in the car. no big deal, she goes in ask and the employees completely refused to make a drink. she told them the cup broke in the car and if they would be able to remake it and they stared and laughed at her. she asked for the manager and they would not say who the manager was. the manager eventually did come out but did nothing about it. he just sat there and said she would have to buy another. employees and manager were totally disrespectful. ignorant to sit there and laugh. we both work with customers and totally understand if a customer comes in yelling and being rude it was totally disrespectful that the employees sat there and laughed. this place sucks. so rude, do not go there no customer service.

BEST BOBA IN CHICAGO !! We love this place. Service, drinks, and environment all 10/10.There are claw machines to play while you wait for your order to be ready! We had a great time and won some plushies! 10/10 recommend for yummy boba and a fun time.

Loved the bubble tea! I came here with my friends and I ordered a large vanilla milk tea with tapioca It was delicious and the tapioca was not stuck to the bottom of the cup unlike other places I’ve been too. I will most definitely be coming back soon !

I love Tea Yard. Delicious and relatively cheap boba and super cute deco. I always get half sugar and it's perfectly sweet. The flavors are great and this is the only tea shop in the suburbs that doesn't have a nasty artificial aftertaste.
