Today is October 25th 2023 I just went to this dennys to dine in with my husband and we make it to the inside waiting to get seated we must of stood there for 5 minutes while every worker in there looked around at each other looked at us standing at the door and then here comes 3 Mexicans and the Mexican lady worker almost broke her neck to hurry and seat them so I intervene and says hold on we were standing here waiting to be seated they looked all crazy and shit so she tried to seat us so we say we don't want to sit there we wanna sit over there so we sat down and was waiting for a few minutes and my husband noticed behind me that they were arguing amongst each other of who is going to come over as our waiter but what I'm not confused about because I know each section is already assigned to a server so for them to be arguing about who's gonna take our order my husband says let's go and we leave I'm on here to put a bad review because we always go there we always tip when the service is great and the food is good so for them to act like this is a bunch of bull shit

I wish I could've given them no stars. I asked the manager why they touch the pancakes with their hands and he said uhh and didn't have an answer. in the world we live in today that is total unsanitized and just nasty. I will never come to this franchise again.

This Dennys used to be kind of sub par but they've stepped it up. New menu items are delicious. Fried stuff used to be really heavy and not good but now it's just right. Pancakes are perfect too. Service could be slightly better but all and all it's leaps and bounds above where it was five years ago.

Nice p*** in the window. Never! Again. Waitress was nice. Food was not good. I wanted to literally throw up afterward seeing mice p*** in the window. Wonder what the kitchen looks like, this place needs to be inspected!!!. Crazy they don't let you post your pics right away.

I am a vegetarian and eat at Denny's regularly. I went to eat at the Cicero location and the server told me that I would not be able to switch out the meat option for a different side such as toast And that I can only switch meat out for meat. I explained that I am a regular and I switch out the side all the time for a non meat option but she insisted that it was not possible. I requested the phone number and the server told me to go on the website... she would not give the number to me and made it difficult to get information pertaining to the managers. I eat at different Denny's locations at least 3 times a week and this is the first time that something like this has happened. They need to work on training their servers the correct way. I paid for my coffee and left, I didn't even eat there due to the situation.

Ordered through Uber eats and the sandwich looked NOTHING like the picture. Meat was missing from half of the sandwich. Sandwich and fries were cold and I don’t live that far away. If their pictures matched what you actually received I’d recommend it, but it is expensive and not worth the price for what little meat they give you.
