Today i went to this location and was pleasantly surprise by the customer service. The young lady working was doing such a great job specially handling annoying demanding customers before me. The ice cream selection is really good. Their cheesecake is the best

After oberweis closed. I gave this place a chance. I was really impressed with the variety of flavors and how they mix the ice cream in the stone. Tonight the staff was helpful and they made us feel welcome.

The promise that is stated on the restaurant wall does meet any of those standards. The employees were not friendly nor the place was clean. The area behind the counter was super dirty even the walls and equipment look dirty. Our order was made sloppy and when the to go bag was given it had ice cream all over the outside of the bag.We will not be returning to this location.

On a nice Sunday afternoon this place only has one person attending the entire store. One person whom obviously was frustrated and didn't make our order properly because he must rush to attend to others.

I had purchased an ice cream cup yesterday 2/10/24 and found a hair at the very bottom of my ice cream.The person that took my order, did not have a hair net or hat on.Good customer service, but I was disgusted by seeing a hair in my ice cream.

I really love their cheese cake fantasy ice cream. That’s my usual go to at this spot. They usually mix it really well and it tastes so good.Why did I give it 2 stars? Well, I was really disappointed with my last purchase at this location. I got an Everybody’s 3 Pint for the first time but they didn’t really mix it well and they didn’t fill it up all the way. They probably mixed it like 3 times for this huge thing. I was really upset because a large portion of the ice cream didn’t even have fruits. I was just eating the base for the most part. That’s because of how they mixed it and how many toppings they mixed in. They were running out of strawberry. They added what probably what looked like 3- 4 tablespoons of what was left of the strawberries and didn’t bother to open a new container to put it in. Truly, they just like dumped what was left of the strawberries from the bottom of the container which would be acceptable for a Love it and not a 3 Pints. I also only got like 7 blue berries in the whole thing which again would only be acceptable in a Love it size. I understand they were busy and it’s an hour and a half before they close but like that was just so bad. I want to tell the workers like it’s ok to take your time. If you rush, the quality isn’t as good. Maybe they aren’t used to making 3 pints ice cream? Maybe the staff needs more training or something.Also, I’m not sure if this is sanitary but they guy working on my ice cream straight up grabbed the crushed graham crackers with his gloves hands. That seems like a sanitation issue. That also makes me question how well this company standardizes making ice cream. He honestly should have used a measuring tool to make my 3 pint ice cream.To summarize:They get 2 stars because their ice cream is good and they could improve their sanitation, standardization, quality of products and staff training.Update: Nothing happened when I emailed them. They didn't respond to my email.

Unfortunately I found a piece of hair in my ice cream and the employee didn't seem to be bothered by it. She was working behind the counter without a hair net, after I looked around and noticed the back was terribly dirty with wet rags thrown around. I looked for the health rating and was advised it was by the door but didn't see it posted anywhere.

This is a great place to take your family on a Sunday afternoon. The assistant manager Larry did a great job taking care of us. I have the new apple caramel ice cream was so good, I wish it was all year round. I will give this place 10 stars if I could.

Man, I love this ice cream. I always get the chocolate devotion. I substitute the chocolate chips with sprinkles. Trust me it works because chocolate chips always get stuck in your teeth and the sprinkles give it a little bit of crunch.

If you're going to charge me $10 for an ice cream cone then I don't want it mixed with your employees sweat and facial dirt. That wasn't one of the flavors I asked for. An employee wiped his sweat with his gloves while preparing my ice cream then touched the ice cream scoop with the same gloves. His sweat was literally going inside the ice cream. I walked right out. You can tell employees back there were hot because all of them were sweating like crazy. Fix the AC in your store then teach your employees some personal hygiene before you put them in charge of people food then charge people for it.
