We've eaten at Cooper's Hawk a couple of times - the food is surprisingly good, like much better than I would've imagined for even a small chain. The wine is, of course, particularly good. I don't drink anymore but I loved their Zinfandel when I did, and we always get rave reviews when we gift a bottle of Cooper's Hawk wine.

I’m a wine club member. I’ve been to many different CH locations. This is my first time at this location. Food was great, service was speedy and friendly, but the restaurant itself felt unclean. My husband and I both said to each other as we walked out that this was the most unkept location we have ever been to. My party of 4 was seated at a rounded booth. Table was sticky and the floor under the table looked like it hadn’t been swept all day. Straw wrappers and food crumbs all under the table. Two of the 4 menus had food on them when given to us. Dried food on my knife and fork, so my husband gave me his and he just asked for another fork for himself. Women’s bathroom had dirty toilets (like not the inside, the actual outer part).Overall, if we were in the area, we would return because we like CH, but we wouldn’t go out of our way to come to this location. The other locations near us are cleaner.

Our dinner tonight was hands down one of the best dining experiences I've ever had, thanks to our incredible server, Julie. From the moment we sat down, Julie made us feel welcomed and attended to. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on. She suggested the perfect wine pairings for our meals, and each dish she recommended was delicious. It's rare to find a server who can elevate your dining experience to such a high level, but Julie did just that. She was attentive, friendly, and truly made our evening special. Cooper's Hawk is lucky to have her on their team. She is definitely a keeper! I can't wait to return and enjoy another wonderful meal served by Julie.
This is my favorite restaurant in Oak Park. The food is consistently delicious for excellent prices. Some of my favorites are Dana's Parmesan chicken, the chicken piccata and chicken giardiniera (most of the chicken dishes), and the vegetarian enchiladas. I love the wine and the membership is a great deal. Ambience is great too but what really sells this place for me is the wine and bar staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working and generous. I want to give a shout out to Ryan, Kenya, Rayna, Tabby and especially the first person I met at CH, James! It's worth going there for James - his smile alone will win you over. But really all the staff are fabulous. So if you haven't gone already, you really should. Just don't take my spot at the bar.

i love coopers hawk wine tasting..such a beautiful place to go after work to unwind & have a few glasses of wine and a bite to eat. its definitley a date nite vibe!! ryan sechrest was a very funny, attentive and overall good vibes host. he knows his stuff when it comes to wine!! ask for ryan whenever you go. he's the gut with the great looking eyebrows and eyes lol we will be stopping by again...soon

Nice venue. Passable foods. Wait staff is very good. Overpriced, but for occasional outings, is ok. Hope they up their game! It could be so much better.

Came today for lunch with my sister. We were told there was a 40 min wait so only the bar was available. We were not greeted by the bar tender and had to wait 10 minutes for just water. we had to ask several times for bread. The bartender walked out in the middle of his shift so understandably, there was going to be a wait for drinks. A lot of theatrics taking place, leaving a very unprofessional atmosphere. When our food came, the kitchen forgot items. I had to ask 3 separate times for a side to be brought out. No one checked on us during this time to see if we needed anything. I had to physically get up and stand outside the kitchen to flag someone down. We were handed the bill which had no adjustments made for the delay, poor service, and kitchen error. Definitely try to avoid this location on a Saturday.

We had an excellent lunch with our family. Our server Kevin ensured that our meal was full of wine and laughter with his attentive service and humorous nature. He was knowledgeable about the wine as well as the post-meal espresso options. Try a cappuccino with your dessert, you will not regret it!
