EXTREMELY slow service. Our waitress who was elderly took our order and never checked on us. After waiting over 45 minutes for a small thin crust pizza that never came we left and went to Giordano's in Westchester which has MUCH faster service AND where our pizza came in 20 minutes!

The food here tastes just like the normal Giordano's. I will say that though this is a Chicago tradition there are different pizza places that are coming out that may taste better. This locations service was not the best as it did not feel as warm compared to the ones in city. We would go back for people that come in town.

Service is HORRIBLE! We were a party of 5 plus a stroller and the person in front said 15 mins. The manager (African American) decided to seat a party that came AFTER us. The other party were African Americans. And we are NOT. The manager gave a lame excuse that she didn’t have “space” for us. But she did had space for the other party. Seems RACIST to me. I come from California visiting and I will NEVER come back here. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Don’t waste your money here unless you are the same color as the manager. We left we were NOT going to spend money in that racist establishment

I was a regular at this location for a while. I just recently went in last night and found out my two favorite workers were let go! The service is not the same and I wish Giordano’s would fight back on those discriminatory allegations. Bring back Richie and Euriel they were the highlight of me and my families monthly Giordano trips! We will now be eating at Lou Malnatis. They have better pizza anyways and are very inclusive! Do better Giordanos!!! You can’t take black and brown money but not accept black and brown people! What a way to end black history month!!! ???

Always a great place to stop in and enjoy a deep-dish pizza that we can’t get in Indiana. We tried the cookie dessert, and it was delicious. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! We will definitely be returning when we come through the area.
