So disappointed had someone bring me caramel cupcakes and I was shocked at the size of it. Like is the original baker not there anymore? They have great cakes always moist but this was not acceptable to sell and it was not moist as it usually be

Lifelong family favorite bakery! Great staff and amazing creative bakers. Came in with an idea and they brought my idea to life better than I could’ve imagined. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s 1st birthday party a success!
I placed an order for a white buttercream frosted yellow cake w the outside air brushed with rainbow colors. Pick up time 9am arrive cake is orange w rainbow colors. Colors bled together the cake doily is soiled w dyes from cake. Asked for a refund. Was told I could have a full refund and never visit the establishment or I could take a partial refund and the (wrong designed cake). I took a refund. The manager never came to address the situation. The server tried to snatch my receipt from me after I requested a refund. Asked me to wait until 6p for a refund. Did not leave without my full refund. Horrible Customer Service from an established bakery. I was not loud, obnoxious or angry just disappointed that my order was wrong. Bakery was not interested in fixing the problem.
