Pizza was great. The service is a bit uneven at this location. We've had to deal with billing mistakes, incorrect orders, and generally slow service. Staff turnover seems to fairly high.

I like their pizza just fine, but when I tried to order on line for delivery, the website would not allow it, and basically made me order it carry out. Then when I called, to try to order delivery that way, their system hung up on me twice. So I was forced to get it carry out. Very frustrating.

Dined here a few days ago, and Lou Malnati's in Oak Park never disappoints! Our server, April Diaz, was so accommodating and hospitable -- made us feel right at home. Mario and Dan are also extreme stand outs, as they've helped us in the past. A great touch by Ronnell, the manager, for stopping by our table just to say hello and make sure everything was being taken care of! Can't wait to return!!
What can possibly be said about this place that hasn't already been said? It's excellent. It is the best of the best. I was a delivery driver for them. And I got fired after a week because I was totally terrible at my job. I have nothing but good things to say about the people who work there, the commit into excellence, and most of all the food. Get that Lou salad, too. There may be other deep dish, pizza, places in Chicago, but this is the best. It's absolutely on the level of Pequod's, which is getting a lot of love at this moment.

Lou Malnati's is not my favorite pizzeria...and actually I have yet to find a pizzeria that satisfy my pizza desires. I like their pizza better when I dine in. And the regular crust isn't good...Don't know why they make it an option...The butter crust should be the only crust...It's a tastier foundation for all the gummy cheese, and toppings. And the Lou Malnati's salad tastes better when dining in, as well. I try to avoid ordering pizza from Lou Malnati's when I get a craving...but it's really not any other favorable, decent pizzerias in the area. And when I do give in and order from Lou Malnati's...I'm always hoping that this time will be better...But, it's always a miss for me...Disappointed again. Carry out/pick up tastes terrible! I'm beginning to think that Lou Malnati's doesn't like me Lol. Haven't dined in for a while now...I'm thinking that I'll try something else on the menu besides pizza when I dine in again. However, the ambiance is always comfortable and relaxing; staff is friendly; and service for dining-in has been okay...depending on how busy it is seemingly dictates the quality of service from my experience....When it's super crowded/busy it seems to take forever for my order to be ready. I suppose it's not the worst pizza around...There are lots of people who like it....

The deep dish pizza wasnt deep it was super thin. When they say extra cheese there was next to none. Also the calimari was flavorless and cold when i got it.
