This is my partner and I’d favorite place. We love the food and we love Paco (the owner). His creations are a stellar reimagining of the traditional Mexican dishes that we all love. All the dishes are not only Paco’s artworks, they come from love. Will always be this restaurant’s biggest.

I am absolutely blown away! This restaurant is truly exceptional. Undoubtedly, they serve the finest drinks in the city. Reena, the bartender, is an absolute gem! Her drinks are crafted with such care and passion, perfectly complementing the ambiance of the restaurant. I indulged in the chocolate mole dish, and it was a culinary delight! The harmonious blend of flavors creates a delightful party for the taste buds, in the most satisfying way.N Rebozo provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere, ideal for unwinding and relaxation. I highly recommend adding this gem to your list of date night spots.

Chef Paco makes amazing mole sauces and provides a personalized experience. He visits each table to explain his specialties, and his passion for his food is palpable. On my first visit I was in the middle of my pregnancy and he suggested great mocktails and the rainbow mole sauce enchilada dish was divine. His mole sauces are so unique and you can do all different fillings. On his visit to the table, Paco told me to come back when I was ready to have the baby and he would make is special "Oh my God Baby Salsa". The day before my scheduled induction, my husband and I went back to NRebozo for the baby salsa. Paco said to choose anything on the menu and he'd prepare it with his special baby salsa. He said there was a 90 to 95% success rate. I ordered enchiladas and the sauce was fantastic with a warming spice that built, but was not too spicy. He gave me a to-go container so I could put it on my eggs in the morning, which was also amazing. The evening after our visit an hour and 10 min before my scheduled induction, my water broke and I went into active labor and my beautiful healthy baby girl was born 3 hours later with no induction necessary! Thank you Paco, your "Oh my God Baby Salsa" worked! (And was delicious). We plan on coming back with our baby girl to say thank you in person!

Remember, I'm just a regular dude who does not work for this place. I say that because this is a magical restaurant. The food is insanely good. The fiesta mole, the poblano with pomegranate special...everything is amazing. Nothing on the level in the area. Chef Paco is so amazing that it hurts my feelings, just as a regular person and patron, to see trolls put this restaurant down, on the rare occasion I've seen that. MUST GO. It's worth driving as far away from an hour or more to come here. And at least one person needs to get the fiesta mole!

Owner/Chef Paco makes for a fun dining experience. If you love mole, or want to learn about it, this is the place. Presentation is really a beautiful sight. Everyone in our group loved their meals, especially the foodies. Great experience.

What a fantastic little place. Excellent food and drinks. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Due to how they do it, Chef comes to each table to tell you about the specials, it is not somewhere you want to go if you're in a hurry. But if you want an evening where you can chat with your friends while eating amazing food, this is your place.

Wonderful experience; the chef made us laugh and then made us an amazing dinner. I recommend the fiesta mole, six enchiladas in a rainbow array of sauces.
