The old style bakery you are looking for. The offerings are top-notch with lots of seasonal items. Bring your kid in with you. They'll often let your kid pick out a small cookie. What at a thrill. And of course, all the decadent offerings the adults want.Kid-friendliness: The VERY friendly ladies behind the counter often let your child pick out a small cookie. Even my 6ft tall 15 yo. Big stuff. ? = core memories.

Great little bakery, I have to stop in every time I'm in oak park. I worked in a bakery in my youth and this as close as I can find to fresh baked goods.

I've been going here since I moved to oak park and then for getting the cakes for my child's birthdays and everything in between. It's like the old school bakeries that you honestly can taste how much love goes into everything they make. They do get busy for the weekends and holidays so very important to know that you'll be in for a bit of a wait. They will always always always be worth the wait imo. The eclairs are HEAVEN, the best doughnuts, the log cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and if you're lucky to find it the bagel dogs.

My sister in law took me to this bakery in Oak Park. I got a sugar donut ? ? tried it for the 1st time an boy let me tell you this was by far the Best sugar donut I had. I went the next day to get more donuts different ones and they are all Delicious.I will never go to D.D again. And they had a special bye one get one Free Very good Bakery.
