First time ordering, pizza slices are really good sauce cheese sausage are equally balanced giving the slice a real flavorful bite. I also ordered a breaded chicken Parmesan sandwich which was really delicious. Highly recommend this

Pizza was good. The Service was absolutely positively HORRIBLE! Not busy at 9:30 pm. Waited over 30 minutes for drinks. Ordered escarole and beans, got CHICKEN soup! One cup of coffee. And pizza took Forever! Truly disappointed! We recommended to eat here! Oops!

My family and I dined here during their comedy show they partnered with over the weekend. It took an hour to get our drinks to us, over 2 for meals, salads and soups randomly handed out after entrees and incorrect orders. Our server was setup for failure by his management because they clearly overbooked the room for the show. Took 40min to get pitcher of water to the table. The comedy show was not great, Kevin was the only one we at least enjoyed. Went for a birthday celebration and left really disappointed after having enjoyed coming here for years.

New to the area and was looking or some Italian food. Just received the valpack coupons so decided to try. Called for there's no way to add coupon on internet so talked to employee and was placing order. He said soup and salad were included and proceeded to order. Spaghetti in olive oil and garlic w/ soup and salad, linguine with shrimp and broccoli w/ soup and salad, and chicken vesuvio w/ soup and salad. Asked if meals have any bread and was told yes but still ordered garlic bread. Confirmed order and address with the male order taker but when I mentioned that I had a coupon he needed help. A manager was given the phone and I confirmed the whole order 75.00 before coupon and she confirmed the whole order and took coupon and credit card number. Was then told 45 minutes to 1 hour for delivery. It is a Saturday night and that seemed OK. Then 10 minutes into the order I'm called by man owner who then said soup and salad are not included and if I still wanted them. I said to him that both order takers with one being a manager confirmed that the soups and salad were included and I was a 1st time customer and I would be very grateful for him to honor his employees both telling me that soup and salad were included. He mumbled something and hung up. We waited over 1.5 hours and then had the delivery. No soups and no salad (lost any follow up business) and really blah food. For the over price entrée giving a 1st time customer the order, they had been told by a manager and phone order person wouldn't have broken the bank but the Owners decision made it clear that they don't want my future business. Stay Away from here better food everywhere.

My fiancé and I love this place!! Aranza is an amazing waitress and always giving top tier service. Highly recommend their rigatoni vodka sauce. Very Large portions! 10/10 over all.

I have not eaten here in years. Decided to order a pizza for my birthday for my family. The dough at the bottom was so thick it took away from the delicious tasting sauce and cheese and sausage. This was a regular pizza I thought it would not be that thick. Probably should have ordered thin crust.

I specified to cook well done and thin crust. Pizza was thick crust and not cooked all the way. When I called the manager told me to send photo and I did. He told me photos didnot show enough detail. I said come and get the pizza and give me a refund, because I sent clear photos . He told me I never order pizza and I order all the time for the past 30 years!!!!! He said I only order Chicken Parm., as I do but Puzza all the time as well! I was insulted because I frequent this place and dine in and carry out ALOT. They made another pizza but green pepper and pepperoni were stuck to bottom of some pieces…. Things are not the same. I’m disappointed and upset.
I have been going to Salerno's for over half a century but lately the quality isn't there like it used to be.I ordered a pizza and all I got was a lot of dough a thin layer of cheese, and as far a sausage goes, I could count the pieces with one hand and still have fingers left over. When you pay $20.00 for a small pizza I would like to see a fair amount of cheese and sausage.And this not the first time I have been disappointed with the quality, and also the pizza wasn't even baked correctly. The dough was totally unbaked.I am skeptical if I will go back or look for a different place to get my pizza.
