I ordered the California Cobb Salad online for my lunch. This was the worst experience ever. The salad had not Bleu Cheese Crumbles, No Egg, The Grilled chicken was fried and only small broken crumbles of that. There was minimum avocado. I literally just paid $18 for a container of Romaine Lettuse. They did manage to include the extra dressing that they charged me $0.95 for.

This place sucks so much butts that I had to go through a few layers to reactive my account to make my first review in half a decade. tl;dr At the end of the day this place is an ill-informed franchisor with bad food who is preying on struggling restaurant owners who are hurting either from the pandemic or something else, that spends a ton more money on their packaging and "brand" than they do on any of their food. Man, against my better judgement I've eaten from this place three times now, at different times. Like 1pm, 8:30pm, and then once some time after midnight for delivery. Every single time the pizza was dry as a desert. Like zero sauce and coagulated cheese from sitting underneath a heat lamp for hours. Still somehow miraculously find a way to have undercooked crust that's just gummy and funky. It's like something you'd grab from a White Hen dumpster. Yeah, White Hen. THAT dry. S'like it's been sitting around for years. Their waffle fries are the exact same variety you've had from any number of sports bar, except they are under fried and soggy as all hell, and without seasoning. And their Buffalo fries only make it worse by drowning 'em with about two liters worth of very clearly Frank's wing sauce that I'm sure they purchase by the 5-gal pail. It's very clear they're trying to compete with Bacci, which is another D-tier late night huge pizza slice kind of joint, but they somehow have managed to have smaller portions that taste worse and seem to be worse quality for more money. And that's only scraping the surface of how this place is WEIRDLY expensive, especially considering what it is. Franchise fees and nice packaging didn't pay off, I guess. Place literally blows, third time eating from there was three times too many.

Ordered delivery, and the driver apparently accepted multiple orders and was over 1.5hrs to get me my (cold, cardboard) pizza. At first, I didn't blame Slice Factory, since it's not their native delivery service, but I have been trying to get in touch with them for a refund for 3 days now and they keep giving me the runaround. Apparently basic cashiers can't issue refunds, only the manager. So the manager wasn't there on Saturday night, and I was told to call back Sunday. Except he wasn't there Sunday either, and I was told to call back from 9-12 on Monday (note: store doesn't even open until 10 as I found out at 9). Called back at 10, and manager STILL isn't there "maybe in 35min-1hr" -- REALLY? I've made about 4 different calls now, and this is just absurd that the staff apparently never know when the manager will or will not be in, and that staff themselves aren't capable of issuing refunds. I definitely will not be back, and I recommend you stay away as well.

If you like the woeful Bacci, then this is your place.... straight cardboard. As such, bigger is not better and it rides the razors edge of terrible but it's still pizza, so there's that. 7.11 pizza is still the worst pizza I've had the displeasure of eating but this is close. And at $7 for a slice, it is sad inducing to the world of pizza.

I love going here! This has been my go to for a minute and Ari with the beautiful red hair is very nice and polite when it comes to customer service.

I ordered a factory salad that promised grilled chicken (I instead got this raw fried chicken), roasted red peppers (there are about 3 total), and avocado (none). I paid extra for spring mix (I got the standard romaine). I called them, they offered no refund or support, but said I could contact Uber eats to get a new salad.

Went here with a friend last week around 11am. Was going to get a slice of pizza, but everything looked cold and the heat lamps weren't on. I ordered boneless wings instead, but they were "sold out", so I got a Cobb salad. This was one of the worst salads I've ever purchased. The avocado was completely black and rotten and the lettuce had pink spots. They also put grapes in it, which isn't an ingredient in a Cobb, nor is it listed on their menu. Maybe the staff confused grape tomatoes with grapes? ? They do not have wrapped utensils here. My unwrapped fork was placed directly inside my salad. I returned it for a refund, but was not even offered an apology or a fresh replacement. On top of that, the cook wasn't wearing a mask while preparing food. Eat here at your own risk.

I've been to Slice Factory several times now. The pizza is thin crust and consistently good. Not great, but good. The prices are right and the slices are huge (like the size of a baby "huge"). The selection of available slices has always been good as well. Honestly I have not tried any of their other food. They have a modest drink selection as well, all cans, all soft drinks. So that's all good stuff! Now, there is one thing that bad. It's a one-off. The family came by here and all got a slice. About 2 hours later my wife was throwing up. That's all she had eaten, so it was clearly the slice she got. No one else got sick at all. I'm not sure what the deal was there, but it's not stopping me from still coming here - my wife can find another place, I guess. :) Anyway, I do recommend this place. Just don't go crazy and order like 4 slices; you'll have food for a week.

I enjoy the meal variety. Mostly, I just want a quick meal to eat when hungry, and appreciate fast service.

Came to pick up my order and as I did the cashier audibly laughed at me as if she knew something was wrong with the pickup order. Easily the worst pizza I've ever had lmfao omg how was it so bad? It was slimy and wet and looked 1 day away from molding. I ate here 2 weeks ago and im actively gagging right now at the thought of that pizza slice writing this as i drive by it ????

First time here. Got 2 slices of meat lovers pizza and 10 wings. My total was $29.12. We got half parm/garlic and half spicy garlic. According to my daughter the parm/garlic was ok but my spicy garlic was yuck! They should have been cooked longer because they were a bit mushy. No crisp at all. We were the only people in the restaurant so they didn't have to rush our order. Pizza slice was ok. I won't be going back. I would have been more satisfied filling my gas tank with that money!
