I ordered by Uber at 1:55am. First picker went to the store and he suddenly canceled delivering. Second person went to the store and she suddenly canceled delivering aswell. Third person went to the store and he sent me a message. "The store is closed already".I was waiting for my order foran hour and eventually the items didn't come to my place. They forgot turning off a macine that takes order. Give me back money and time. I'm so hungry that i can't sleep. Nobody should go there.

This place stinks. Showed up 4 different times and they had 4 different excuses why they couldn’t take an order. 1st time was sorry we are only taking cash. Ok that’s fine I get it. 2nd time “yea we’re outta chicken products” idk how that happens. 3rd time “sorry the system is down” and the 4th time literally 5 minutes ago they told us “we are in the middle of a shift change it’ll take us 5-10 minutes” we came back after waiting 15 minutes and the car in front of us got the same message of waiting 5-10 minutes. We pulled up and they gave us the same story and we told them we waited 15 mins and they replied yea sorry it’s taking longer than they expected then told us to move outta line so they can tell other cars the same thing. We said we would just wait in line till they are done and they said no we can’t do that cause it’s not allowed. This place sucks.

Know what it means if the doors are locked in a restaurant? The staff doesn’t want to clean the eating area.Know what it means if the card system is always down? The staff wants cash so they can pocket the money.Know what it means if the orders are consistently wrong? They either don’t care or they are that incompetent.Don’t go here. Also, if someone from corporate is reading this, you need to seriously audit them. Or shut this branch down.

I'm disappointed. I asked for something specific to get a deal from the app but the changed my order and I didn't get the discount. Then the chat on the app isn't working so this is where I'm bringing my complaint.

The line was really long so I pulled over 2 go in. There were at least 10 staffer's talking n playing around. 1 person who was cleaning the table did speak/greet me but not the cashier. I waited until he was finished cussing/talking 2 other staffers. After getting the order I checked it. It's all wrong. Now the wait is long again.

THIS IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST ESTABLISHMENTS ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN! During the day, I don’t have nearly as many issue here at this restaurant than I do during the night shift. Not saying either shift actually provides better service. THEY NEVER HAVE ANY FOOD! I don’t know how your a food service restaurant but you never have anything to serve on the menu outside of burgers and fries … and after 10 or 11pm I know that they are not making fresh food because as soon as I go to consume my food it’s rock hard!!!!! How disgusting and inhumane to serve us food as if we’re wild animals??! I honestly think Wendy’s should conduct a thorough investigation in regards to this restaurant because I’m sure this location doesn’t bring in very much money because the workers don’t want to do what they clocked in and get paid to do. Then my favorite one is, CASH ONLY! I have never been to restaurant where their card machines are constantly down! How many patrons are you actually servicing with a cash only payment? Honestly tear it down or sell it to McDonald’s because you guys are TRASH

I've loved Wendy's for 40 years now. The food works for my stomach, as I am sensitive to certain other places of fast food.That being said- this is the THIRD time I'll have to call my bank to reverse charges after PREPAYING through the app in the last 3 MONTHS. RIDICULOUS.They say "the system is down"- PERIOD, Yet when you say "I've already paid on the app.". THERE'S NO RESPONSE!7 TIMES since January 2024 their "system is down", and yes- I gave WAY to many chances, though as I was working late, it's one of two restaurants open late, so I generally stop early morning after work.This is simply THE WORST place to trust to actually TRUST to simply GET FOOD!!!Even if their classic line "our system is down."... THAT SHOULDN'T APPLY if you've used the app to PREPAY.NEVER in my life have I witnessed such incompetence. Like I said- I like the food, but this location is GARBAGE.Again- I have trusted my experience would change, and it was more the(expected) convenience that I returned after even a few times of this total hassle.This place- especially from the word around town- is basically a "hand out" where work ends at midnight, yet they're open until 3 a.m.Even if the SYSTEM IS DOWN, you don't LOCK THE DOORS OF YOU'RE OPEN.Go through the drive-thru and see what I mean. They're not exactly rude, but definitely NOT FRIENDLY.JUST DON'T EVER PREPAY!!Their system has been down AT LEAST as much as I've actually been able to get food past 12am.Sorry- I'm just fed up from not actually being fed.

Not sure why but their lobby was closed by 7. They also don’t take orders when they have a shift change. Who does that? Shows how lazy they are.

I purchased two baked potatoes and received one the other one was French fries with the topping of a potatoe. I know this Wendy's occasionally run out of bake potatoes but they usually let you know. They did not and decided to substitute without asking me if I wanted fries instead. I purchased for someone else and did not realize what they had done. I also was not given a receipt so I was not able to return with proof of what I had ordered.
