Food is always great.. the server aka Brat at the bar... is extremely slow. This is what kills the vibe each time. You advise her of something with the expectation of getting back to you in a timely manner but she does any and everything else.. the funny nonsense is there won't be other people around to be waited on ..its like she ignores you and comes back 20 minutes later with what you asked for and it's so amnoying.. get better servers

Oak brook, Oak Park, really doesn't matter what location you will have to wait for your pickup order. 4/5 times it took 30 minutes to 1.5hrs after the scheduled time to actually get the order. Food is good, so if you don't care about time and you are craving a boil it does the job.
