I’ve tried many boba places and ordered the same drink (brown sugar pearl). Nothing came close to the taste of DABOBA. Great quality and even better taste.

I’m always hesitant to visit this location due to order issues. It seems like every time I visit, they always manage to get my order wrong. I usually ask for the roasted brown sugar milk and was given just the brown sugar milk one instance, and tea the next. I understand that people are bound to make mistakes, yet this time, when I returned to ask for the correct drink made, the employee gave me an annoyed look. Clearly an indication that staff need to pay more attention to the customers at the register and also receive higher quality training towards customer service. Also inconsistent with the boba and drinks - boba, while chewy, sometimes has zero flavor, and the cheese foam that goes on top of their “roasted” drink series are torched only half of the time. I’d say save yourself the time and money and go visit Daboba in Chinatown.

Nice drinks place with different types of teas and coffee. Not much to eat. Good place to hangout for young people.But they were not nice when I was picking up my drinks the person at the counter told me rudely not to take the drinks. When I asked what number the drinks were and I showed my receipt then another staff member told me that it was my correct order and allowed me to take my order. The drinks are nice but they need to train their staff to treat customers better.

I’ve had milk teas at so many other places in the suburbs. Including Bubble Tea in the mall down the street. The drinks are way too sugary at Daboba (Oakbrook). The customer should be asked how much brown sugar to have in their drink. Half my drink was black/brown with brown sugar and the other half was the actual drink. Not to mention the cup was sticky on the outside. Not fun. Also there were so many ppl confused about the menu.Also it’s really hot in there.I would just advise on letting the staff know how much sugar or how sweet you want your drink. I couldn’t even drink mine.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp leading to the door which is amazing!

This boba place was super cute inside and very well maintained! They have tons of menu options that I don't see at typical boba shops which was cool. I ordered the "fruity party" which was essentially like an orange/lemon tea with different fruit pieces inside like apple, kiwi, and strawberry - it was very refreshing! The servers were all nice as well:)

It was super cute on the inside with painted walls, decorations and a surplus of photo op sections throughout which was adorable!!! I only stopped in to grab a bubble tea to go but they had multiple sections to sit down and a little couch with a bookshelf of mangas which was amazing!I got the blueberry jasmine milk tea and it was really good and the fruit teas that my friends got they liked as well! It did seem like only one guy was working so the wait was significant but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't awful for us. All in all I would go again and I definitely recommend it, especially if you're going to sit down for a bit so the wait doesn't seem so bad until they get more staff and to enjoy the ambiance!Parking: Ample parking available with no issues.

I asked for a fruity party and there is no fruit over half the cup is boba I asked is this a new thing? She’s like yes it’s always done like that. No ma’am! We always get them and there’s hardly any fruit I just payed 18 dollars for boba ? sorry due to inflation???

This place is super cute! My friends and I decided to stop here after watching a Broadway show at Drury Lane. I like how you can modify your boba drink such as ice level, sugar level and which boba you want. I ordered the peach green tea iced and no sugar added. I can still tell it has a slight sweetness which is fine with me :). Tea was brewed strong that I can taste the tea itself. Parking lot can get full. There's another lot. Overall if I'm in the area I'll stop by!
