Alicia is the best. I worked with LaLa and Alicia to get a slightly last minute large order completed prior to an executive breakfast. Alicia was quick and kind and the smoothies were fantastic.

I haven't been to Jamba Juice in years. Used to go all the time when my kids were in sports. Went to get a smoothie for a sick friend. Nobody else in the store. Took a couple of minutes for an employee to come to the counter. Couldn't fault them too much as the store was getting a delivery.The menu has changed a bit, but still has lots of attractive offerings. The biggest change was the prices. My small smoothie was around $8. I don't get smoothies often, so a bit of sticker shock.

Never been to a Jamba that the employees greet me every single time I walk in , ask how my day is and engage in conversation. Every employee there is incredible, the managers are always welcoming. Will be coming here many times over, don’t lose these employees Big Jamba! Take care of them like they do me!
