I ordered a medicine ball from this Starbucks on Saturday. I had not eaten or drank anything prior. I became very ill and vomited 3 times! I called the store, just to inform them and the shift manager said no one has ever gotten sick from our drinks. I told her I was not looking for anything but thought they should be aware since something in the drink made me very ill. She then said she would review the expiration date on the lemonade concentrate. Never asked how I was doing or for my name. Ice been a loyal Starbucks customer for years. Never had anything like this happen and was very disappointed in their response.

My frappachino was kinda watery but! Roseanne at the drive thru was an absolute gem! She's so cheery and sweet! she definitely brightened up my day haha, so I definitely recommend the drive thru :)

The nicest bunch you ever want to come across but a little slow but to be fair, low on help so it is to be expected. Nice & very pleasant atmosphere...additional stores behind it if you're looking to get some shopping done. Great way to kill 2 birds with one stone.

WIinter was extremely rude when she lectured me about Starbucks policy and refused to top off my refresher. I get it, policy change etc. But this was after a 20 min wait in the drive thru after being told I should come inside and get the drink (which I ordered on the app and picked drive thu.) After stating I was handicapped and that wouldn't be doable, I received a sigh from the person working the speaker.This has always been one of my favorite locations and Winter ruined it for me. After she angrily said she would do it, she told me she wouldn't do it again. That's cool Winter...I won't be back to this location again.

Been here a couple times through the drive-thru and always order a medium coffee. Order is always quick, made right and always friendly service with a smile. Payment is always quick and easy as well.This Starbucks is all you can ask for and is never crowded when i go as well. Highly recommended Starbucks in Villa Park/ Oak Brook Terrance area.
