Great experience! The housekeeping lady was especially sweet and helpful, sorry I didn't catch her name. Room was clean, smelled great, perfect temperature, good ventilation. My favorite part of my stay was my morning swim! The pool is a good size with steps to enter on one side, then deep enough on the other to permit a good workout and long enough to be able to knock out some laps. Great water temperature, too. As far as Courtyards go, and I've been to a lot of them, this one is what you should expect in terms of quality. The hotel is mostly updated with a comfortable lobby area for mingling and working. The limited amount of food and coffee I tried at their Bistro was executed well, although they must have staffing issues keeping it open regularly. Pros: Good location, clean, attentive staff (except maids), good beds, quiet Cons: No complimentary continental breakfast, asked for room service, was asked what I specifically needed and just dropped off towels on the bathroom sink’s counter, didn’t pick up used towels. Shower drain didn’t work fast enough so I was ankle deep in water when showering. Garbage cans in room are two small in capacity. We had to dump our own trash.
