I tried the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen, and I am a Ramen person so I have tried many restaurants. But I got food poison after eating here. I do not recommend this place.

The service is so horrible. I was looking for a camera crew, thinking we were getting punked. I think whoever owns this place is looking for a reason to go out of business. That is the only reason that makes sense.

Hidden gem! Fresh food, good service and most importantly delicious food. The giant grilled squid is a must try. Vegan ramen was also very good

Unfortunately the service here has declined recently, which is sad because their food was good... There are other places in the area that are much better, so I'd think twice about eating here.

Terrible service, rud . When we asked for a fork and some added spicy sauce we went to the server and were told to go back to our seat as she was bringing it to our table however she was on the phone checking stuff. Same lack of attention when we were waiting for her to come get our order. My wife and I were the only costumers at the time. Will never go back there especially after she told me to go back to my table and wait for her and that she was ok with us leaving without our food. One star is one too many for service.

Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen was very flavorful. I ordered carry out. Not sure about the service since it was in the afternoon and quite slow. The ambiance was plan for a store front.

Very aesthetically pleasing place. I liked the decor and the wallpaper of the place. Nice spot for ramen. The broth was very tasty for the classic tonkotsu. The staff was quick and very accommodating for our 10-12 people group. It was one of the best ramens I had in the area. Will be coming back and highly recommend!

First time at this location. I usually go to the other one. Service was slow despite it was only me and another table. Rush of people came in. They all got their main dishes and appetizers before me. I was served last. No server rounded on the customers after dropping off the food. It's pretty clear the workers, at least the servers, are inexperienced.

This place was really great! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the hostess is very kind. The food itself is exactly what I was hoping for and more - warm, tasty ramen but also felt healthier than most ramens with so many added veggies. As a vegetarian, I had the vegan ramen and it was delicious - highly recommend. Overall, this is a really quaint and tasty restaurant that everyone should try. Plus, there's two desert places nearby which round out the whole trip :)
