I really don't understand the hype about this restaurant. The chicken is fried and then cut up into pieces. And they're scrawny pieces at that. It was more bones than meat. And they truck you into thinking you're ordering like an 8 piece meal. But in reality it's a couple of pieces cut into 8 parts. And it's crazy expensive. Complete ripoof.

The portions here are very generous and so good. The first time I came here, ehich was for a homecoming dinner, the waitress gave me a discount and was so nice. Last time I came was late December with my sisters and the atmosphere was fun. They were playing Kpop videos in the background and it was relatively quiet so it didn’t feel too crowded in there. Definitely recommend this place.

Well, who doesn't love a good chicken spot?!?! A colleague recommended this place to me. Never one to back down from a challenge, I made the drive across the River to check it out. The space is kind of a dive vibe. They offer table service or carry out. My server was very nice and helpful with the menu. I went with the lunch special of chicken and fries. I added a side of kimchi because I can't ever resist it. The chicken was crispy and saucy. The crunch held up well. The fries are super crisp on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Next time I plan to bring some friends along so I can try more items on the menu.

Waited until second time to review. First off, this franchise has the best chicken period! That said, it is also extremely overpriced! This was my opinion after FIRST visit. The reason it's getting less than 3, is because of THIS locations "Bait & Switch" prices!! Upon returning I noticed I was being charged MUCH MORE than what was printed on the menu. Now I'm sure there's some, "We're waiting on New Menu's." excuse. I wasn't going to listen to it, I just left(and won'tbe back!)**BEWARE: Prices on menu ARE NOT what you will be charged!!**(Until they change the menu! 3/1/24)Price at checkout was almost DOUBLE what was printed on the menu(the Chicken, not fries or soda)!!P.S. JUST gave you my "Feedback"! Not filling out a form!!Kid-friendliness: NOT "Kid Friendly". No kids menu. Gambling Machines.

Food is alright, but the service is super rude. Ordered ahead to skip the wait, walked in and got the food and tried to sit down to eat with my wife and daughter at one of the many open tables inside. Abruptly interrupted by who I can only assume is a manager saying we had to leave because ordering online is considered to-go, and we could not sit down to eat. I would have taken this fine, had it been courteous, but there was no apology or explanation, just asked to leave. Proceeded to eat in the car. Policy or not, I would have understood, but don't be rude to customers spending a considerable amount of money at your restaurant.

Unbelievable, these wings are fantastic. Loved the spicy ramen too. Its been a year since i been here so when i got back to this area i hurried over and got some wings and ramen. Totally the best wings I've ever had! Crunchy on the outside and just the right spice and so tender and juicy on the inside. If i could give more stars i would.Gangnam style is ?

I had a great lunch - everything was fresh and very delicious. The only real issue I have is that their payment system is one of those that prompts for a tip before they've done nothing yet but take your order. Enough with this already. Everything else was great.
Good food served quickly - I love that there's a place that serves such delicious and well-prepared meals outside of the more standard American fare. It's a staple for our family if we're in the area.
Delicious Korean fried chicken! Tried several flavors, enjoyed them all, and excited to go back.

Best Korean fried chicken! I can't believe I didn't know this existed here. Everyone needs to eat here. The only negative was we had to call before we came in, but we have never been here so we didn't know that was a rule so keep that in mind if your group was 8+( my group was 7, but our kids didn't even eat anything)
This is one of those places you aren't happy with the price...until you eat here...wow it's amazing. The wings, tenders, boneless, rice bowls, apps this place doesn't make bad food. It's quite the best I've had..yes we paid alot.. but it was very much worth it...my favorite everything place
