I went in at 9pm 4-10-24 I had a question about a coupon the girl behind the register...couldn't answer any of my questions..she said she was new I finally asked for the manager..the new girl comes back and said my manager on the phone right now. I'll tell her when she get off ? after 10 mins a girl comes behind the desk on her personal phone..didn't acknowledge me or anything . At this I was thinking this can't be the manager. She leaves and comes back after 10 mins and say oh yes you wanted to speak to the manager ?? . I told her what the coupon says and my problem..then she dont say nothing to me..just looked at the new girl and said I don't know what's wrong but we will honor the coupon.. then she walked back in the back ..I looked at the new girl and said so was I right about the coupon..and she looked at me and said I don't know lol terrible experience. I get home pulled out the food to eat and the 6 free wings wasn't in the bag..I wasted alot of time for nothing!

After a long day at work my husband and I needed a break from cooking dinner. Wings was the instant response when asking “what’s for dinner?” We’ve visited this location several times, but tonight was different. J.B. Our waiter was beyond outstanding, he was pleasant, easy to chat with, got our order correct the first time, and just all around seems happy to provide 10/10 service. So kudos to you J.B. Thank you for making our evening enjoyable.

They need to shut this place down. The service is non existent. I went to pick up my order and two customers were ahead of me. The first customer didn’t get his wings or ranch. The next lady got her bag then came right back because she didn’t get her salad. I finally get my order and they didn’t give me my drinks. She said it doesn’t show them on the receipt so I had to show her my phone. This place sucks and I see why the locked the doors except the front. Because they don’t want customers!

Long term customer used to go here at least once a month every month. Over the years it seems like everything has declined. A lot of new employees. Known for chicken wings but probably the last thing I would recommend ordering. Most flavors are bland or don't taste like the quality you would expect. Most appetizers are good, regular food like burgers are ok and wings are the worst. Always long wait times on food and drinks even if it's little to no other patrons. I usually leave above recommended tips even when the service isn't the best. My last visit I attempted to take a date here and once inside I waited well over 5 minutes and not a single person said a word. It was embarrassing to the point my date asked is it self seating, can we go somewhere else? At least 3 different employees walked past. The vibe feels like employees don't even want to be there and take it out on the customers.
DO NOT order food from here online thru any delivery apps!! Their staff is either illiterate or simply do not care about reading any changes you make to the food selection! 3 times now we have ordered the street tacos from them with certain items selected to remove. They just make them with everything on them and send it, every single time! I travel for work and this is the only restaurant that is consistently sending food made improperly!

Purchased wings for my mother and her friend. She was greatly disappointed. She believes that the wings were old and by the way that they looked, they seemed to be dry or maybe over cooked. Wow, 40 something dollars, down the drain.

I placed a pick up order for Superbowl Sunday for pick up at 5. The food was late but I'm not upset. They were super busy and no one was just standing around. The food was piping hot. Didn't even miss the Kick Off.
