Went on a Sunday and Dana was great. Food was Hot, Fresh and Good. Went back on Wednesday to grab breakfast before work. Ordered my 2 for 6 croissant ham sandwiches. Also ordered the Ultimate Crossiant meal. Ordered an additional hash brown and Large Sweet Tea without ice. I was told that they didn't have any sweet tea made. Was pulled ahead because I had to wait for my order and when I got it, I seen that I had three sandwiches and the hashbrowns, so I left. Only to find out that the Ultimate was not on the bag. Instead it was just a sausage croissant. I immediately called to speak to the Manager. She said their was a mix up and apologized. I will replace it if you want to come up here. Ok well I can't ad I have to be at work and I don't have the time right now. She took my name told me to come back up and she would replace it all. Go back the very next morning. Explained to the lady everything that happened and my name should be in the book. She was rude and very short with me. Demanding to see the receipt and telling me is only going to give me the sandwich if I have a receipt. I also ordered additional food. I look for the receipt which I don't have I am addicting I threw it away with the bag. She ends up giving me the sandwich with what I ordered. Get to sit down and eat. Ghe Hashbrowns were not fresh and they were only opened for 30mins when I ordered. They were old and gross. The one piece of Ham on the Ham Crossiants was bad. It was an overall terrible experience.

Food was made very poorly, it took 15 minutes and we were the only ones in there, maybe saw two cars go through the drive thru. Crew wasn’t friendly. Not a fast food eater regularly, just out and about and wanted to grab a fast bite. Could’ve gotten a steak some were faster and with better service. Don’t waste your time

My food was cold right out the window they had us pull up to the 3rd window to wait 20 minutes when we were the only ones in the drive thru shorted a motzarella stick short 2 nugets in one order and 1 from the other 1 sauce for 2 orders of nugets they practically threw our food at us threw the window then slammed the window

Their food is disgusting! This was our 3rd time trying them and our last. We got 2 chicken sandwiches and there was so much grease they almost fell thru the bag. It's as if they were cooked earlier in the day, got cold so they put them back into the fryer. What a waste of money. Not to mention the lettuce was almost none existent and brown. The sandwich was so damn hot that whatever mayo was on there was no longer. This place is a joke.

I love Burger King but this specific one sucks. Every time we order from there it's wrong or they forget something. When we actually go to the restaurant to get our food, we're treated with horrible attitude and the workers give us dirty looks like we're a burden to them. I won't be going to this place anymore and/or ordering from there again!
Service was quick enough. Burger was great. Frozen coke tasted like an overused floor mop. Not sure if it was the coke machine or they used a dirty container.

Never ever fails every single time i go here order thru the drive thru always 20 minute wait always food missing always never fails i always spend around $30 to $40 bucks for the family and always a kid without their nuggets and a burger missing like how hard is it to check

My first visit to this newer location. Service was very friendly and prompt! I had to wait a few minutes for my sandwich, but they brought it right out to my table and it was hot and fresh! (Fries were too!!) Lobby seating area was clean! Music was a good volume, you could hear it, but still have a conversation if you wanted to. I'll definitely be back!
