I’m from out of town and this place is as authentic as the Mexican restaurants I go to in Chicago. From the atmosphere,the music,and their salsas made me feel back at home. It was hard finding a Mexican restaurant that was good out in this area most of them lack that real Mexican authentic taste. Waitress was extremely friendly as soon as me and my co-worker sat down she brought out chips and salsa(at no extra charge),she also brought out this home made salsa to go along with the chips that had a great taste. I ordered the 3 taco meal (1-chicken,1- Al pastor & 1-carnitas) with rice and beans but opted for double rice instead. The food came out very promptly and the meats tasted fresh,they didn’t taste like they sat all day in a pot. Both of their green and red salsa were amazing. They also use standard 6” tortillas not like some of these places in the area that sell you a 4” taco,that’s not a real taco. I also got a medium horchata that was very tasty and it complimented my food. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the mood for real Mexican food or anyone who knows real Mexican food you won’t be disappointed.

Ate there, good food.My wife is allergic to fake lime juice, we have been to emergency room a few times after eating at other Mexican restaurants after owners or managers told us they didn't use it and lied.She doesn't feel well and its been 4 hrs. She was told by doctors next time it could kill her.This owner better have told the truth, we were there for a birthday on 2/15/24

Service with a smile that’s number one and the rice and beans burritos are my favorite along with the tacos that you create for vegetarian options. Great atmosphere as well.Vegetarian options: Any honestly just let your server know you are vegetarian and he/she will make some really tasty recommendations.

One of my families favorite stops in the OFallon area. Great food and wonderful staff.
They no longer have their buffet but they do let you pick seven items from a list and depending on which items you pick, it could be a decent value.Food is good and service is always speedy and friendly. I just feel it is too over priced. They are also adding a 4% upcharge for not paying with cash. I see many restaurants going this direction but this is the first one I have seen at 4%. This really influences my decision on how and where to spend my money.The tacos are very good and consistent and the fried chicken is the primary reason I return.

Ok, this is the last “Mexican” restaurant I’m ever eating at in Illinois, Missouri, or surrounding states. Fourth restaurant in the area to visit and same results. Bland, tasteless food. Salsa tasted like watered down ketchup. Zero love on the plate. Looked like and tasted like a Tv dinner.
