They charge you for items and don’t deliver them. When you call the store they offer you a credit to your phone number instead of a refund. Make sure to use a credit card so you can dispute their charges since they don’t want to give you what you paid for.

we ordered at 5:30 ordered cheese n cheese sticks n didnt get delivered until 7:30, which is usally normal for saturday night, it was wrong so called and just wanted a remake of cheese n was told itll be there in an hour, called back at 9 was told it will take 5-10 minutes to be there and its now 10 and still dont have CHEESE PIZZA?? like bruh ??

Ordered my food then went to drive thru to pick it up. Waited 20 minutes with employees walking by and no one acknowledging me. There was a line behind me and we all just started to leave the line and go in. I walk in to get my food and there were plenty of people working that someone should have answered the drive thru. I get my food that has been sitting on the shelf and bring it home (across the street). As expected it is cold. I started using the drive thru because for some reason it takes them 2 hrs to deliver a pizza across the street. This place needs to get it together. Been a disaster for years now.

I walked in after a baseball game at Blazier Field, and the Friday night crew was rocking. The guys were busy busting their butt to turn out pies, they were jamming out and conversing with me. I even got one to toss dough up for me. Great job boys, keep it up.

After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for our order, I called them. I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Almost 2 hours to deliver 2 pizzas?!?! We obviously cancelled our order. I would definitely not recommend them if you actually want your food. Judging from other reviews this is a frequent problem with this Domino's.
