I went through drive thru, normally I do not complain as I work in the food industry my self, I was not satisfied with the way they packed my food 10 minutes away from the restaurant, I got to my spot where i was going went to grab my food out of my bag, my bag was ripped on the side because my sandwich was just thrown in the bag, the top bun, tomatoes and lettuce was out of the box the only thing in the box was my bottom bun and my chicken pattie. I was not impressed by this. I tried calling to tell you all but apparently your box is full so it wouldn't even let me talk to anyone.
The overnight team is amazing! The gal Dani in the drive thru did a fantastic job taking our order, prepared our food (to exceptional standards), and got it to us hot, fresh and correct. Great job guys!
Waited 15 minutes while making eye contact with guys at the counter. They took the order from the guy in front of me and just ignored me. I wouldn’t go here if your life depended on it.

Nothing worse than when you pull up expecting service that are told that they're only doing doordash orders. I rarely eat fast food anymore and this is probably a big culprit. I hope a lot of these places go under because I'm sick of their nonsense

The staff were too busy with their side conversations to care about the details of our order. It took the cashier a few minutes to get our change. The fries were cold and soggy. Not coming back here for a while.Update - made the mistake of coming back here. The kid working the drive thru had an attitude, was not at all friendly and basically threw my food to me through the window. I believe in multiple chances but this restaurant has burned me too often. I will tell everyone I know not to stop here.
We stopped in last night around 8:30 PM. I live several hours from any Jack In The Box and this is the first one we hit before we come into St. Louis from Illinois. We were craving loaded curly fries with the cheese sauce setup. In the past I ordered loaded potato wedges as they were specifically sold this way. When this location switched to curly fries I was still told it was no problem to sell my cheese fries but it would cost extra. I said absolutely. I have since stopped at this location Everytime we've been by it for cheese fries. I've never had a problem getting them until last night. The girl at the counter was very blunt and said no, we get in trouble when we make those and we can't. I said excuse me? If I'm paying extra then what's the issue with selling me cheese on my fries? She said we can't, we aren't supposed to do that and we will get in trouble. I said well if I had known that we wouldn't have made the trip over and stopped in for our favorite fries. We settled for chicken strips and the chicken strips were chewy and full of gristle. They almost tasted doughy as well like they weren't done. Multiple orders were purchased and everyone has the same complaint at the table. In the end we also ordered churo bites and these were doughy on the inside as well. I've never had a restaurant tell me they can't sell me cheese sauce if they sell it before. I was dumbfounded and I'm very upset over the whole deal especially since we made the trip for them and we had been craving them specifically.

The absolute worst Jack in the Box. Every time I go here it takes at least 30 minutes to get my food. I’ve been here probably 15 times and there wasn’t a single time they didn’t tell me “one moment” at the speaker, for me to sit there for 10 minutes before they took my order. The funny part is…when you pull around there NOBODY else in the drive thru. THEN after you pay, they ask you to pull around front so they can take another 15 minutes to bring you your food. Then the food isn’t even fresh. Stale tacos and cold burgers. Every single time I haven’t double checked the bag, there’s something missing. It’s so bad I only go once every few months and I make sure to touch every single item in my bag before I pull away. Pretty sad.
Not sure why the sine in was locked at 8:24 PM on a Saturday night and staff was sitting in view on break. I left immediately.

Katherine was our drive through server. This girl was a ray of positive sunshine from beginning to end. We cam there around breakfast and were a bit indecisive about our order, but she was patient and everything was right. The second we got up to the window she greated us with a smile. A breath of fresh air when it comes to the food industry in recent times. It makes me want to choose Jack in the box over any other fast food restaurant in the area.
