I had a drive-thru order and was immediately told to pull into a numbered parking space. As I waited, two more cars pulled into the numbered parking spaces. My thought was, "Wow, they're making everyone pull into the "order" pickup parking spaces." I didn't order online. I ordered in the DRIVE-THRU. I waited patiently until I felt silly waiting for a dive thru order. I got out of my car to go get my money back, and the lady asked if I was there to get the two "WHATEVERS." I told her that I was indeed. She yelled out to the sandwich maker, "Hey, she's waiting on those two whatcha call it's!!!" She didn't flinch, look up, switch the arm she was resting on as she leaned on the other, and SLOWLY put a pickle, then three strands of lettuce, then the ¼ piece of chicken finger, and the sauce on the sloppily made wrap. I think the reason I stood there and didn't demand my money back was because I was in utter shock. Wow!! Is this what it has come to? Zombies have mutated the human race. Where is the choice for DRIVE-THRU? I guess the joke is on me.

This KFC I've used again and again. It's one of the best the works are nice and the food hot and fresh and they never got my order wrong.

Just picked up my mobile order, originally ordered the $9 big box w an additional drumstick on the side. Rude incompetent workers let us wait 15+ minutes parked out front only to bring us the wrong orders.When we confronted them about having absolutely no drumsticks at the drive thru Collin told us they were out of drumsticks for the night even tho they don’t close for another 45+ minutes ??Also didn’t bother enough to put utensils in the bag for the sides.Attached is the sad excuse of mystery chicken they gave me instead. Save ur money and go anywhere but this KFC.

Usually eat there after church every Sunday. I get their Chicken potpie and my daughter gets their Famous Bowl. Hate the cancelled their Mac n cheese bowl. It was my daughter favorite. Now the service is horrible in some places. The young men wears their pants hanging. That's unexceptionable. They need hair nets and gloves and masks on.
