1st time ever at a Lion’s Choice. We came on a Monday afternoon to compare it to Arby’s. The service was great. The restaurant was very clean! Tons of parking available. Definitely will come back to try it some more. The food was good.

I’m not usually one to leave poor reviews as everyone has bad days, but my father and I’s experience at Lion’s Choice today was less than 1 star worthy. I don’t expect great service and quality food from fast food restaurants, but what we had, I wouldn’t even feed my dog. First of all, we pulled in the drive through, and the worker didn’t even say hello or ask how my dad was doing. It was just, “What do you want?” Okay…. maybe dude is just awkward. He wouldn’t speak up either, we could barely hear him through the speaker. Never had that issue before at Lion’s Choice. Then after only telling him one meal when ordering for a family, he gives us the total. Uhm no, we have more… He seemed like we were burdening him. We pulled around to the window and he wouldn’t speak. Just wanted to hand us drinks, no drink tray. Where do I put all these drinks? I only have 2 cup holders. Then, it takes 20 minutes for our food to come out. That’s okay, at least it’s hot. Finally we get home with our food, and the whole order is messed up. All large fries were smalls. ALL the fries were smalls. King sized sandwich was a small. Sandwich with no cheese was dripping with cheese. Ham and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Food was so cold that we had to microwave it. We don’t live far from this location, it wouldn’t have been cold by then. Also ordered 3 side cups of cheese and didn’t get them. I’m not even a fan of Lion’s Choice in the first place, just got it because my mom loves it. This really was the cherry on top. This sealed the deal that we won’t be seeking a quick dinner at Lion’s Choice ever again. Not only was your team member extremely rude to my FATHER, but we waited a while for ice cold food. #TeamArbys

I've been to Lions Choice many times, but the food this time was not good. My wife and I got sandwiches and fries, both of out fries were way over cooked (crispy as a potato chip) and our sandwiches didn't have as much meat and weren't even warm (we live less than 10 mins from the Shiloh location). We will give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad night for that crew.

I love Lion's Choice the family went there 2-29-24 they said that you buy one get one Free but when we get there from Collinsville they are OUT of roost beef how does a roost beef place run out of beef

Nicest lions choice I've ever experienced. Shares space with a credit union. Fireplace and comfy chairs with a variety of seating portions. Staff was pleasant and the king beef didn't disappoint. 5 stars

my roast beef sandwich was cold and the last time i went there it was under cooked. for the price of it, it needs to be made correctly

This store was even better! Sandwich as GREAT! But, the atmosphere was nicer. Still holding out hope that the powers that be will offer swirled rye bread as an option or, at the very least, an onion roll choice. ??
