I'm updating this review, but am very confused by this place. A friend came over and wanted to order Papa John's for delivery. I warned them about my previous experience with pizzas being delivered late and cold, but they insisted. This time the pizza arrived quickly in a Papa John's labeled delivery car and was hot. I guess sometimes they have delivery drivers and you get good service and sometimes they don't have drivers and Door Dash delivers the pizza late and cold. I purposely avoid patronizing places that utilize Door Dash instead of hiring their own drivers for this exact reason, but I can't do that if the company doesn't disclose when/if they use Door Dash. There's no way to tell which delivery service you will receive if you order, so I guess I change my review to "sometimes it is good if you are willing to chance it". I'm still very unimpressed with their seeming commitment to inconsistency and lack of communication with customers, despite enjoying the pizza when delivered promptly. I would suggest only using the O'Fallon location for pick up.

It was clean and we enjoyed the pizza but the employees did do seem friendly...infact the employee who took. our order and we walked in....didn't take a name with our order...then said asked for a name...saying he didn't see a. pizza for us...we got the pizza but...like said the service needs work.

Wow!! Sooo good! Very hot and tastes better than peel and whatever else’s is downtown ofallon. Best pizza we’ve had in 6 years! First time ordering and will be back! Driver was polite and all sauces and packets and order perfect. ? Netflix daddy chill & papa John’s now

I live in the country so nothing delivers to me. Except Papa Johns!!!! I was shocked! Hot food, kind delivery guy and all my sauces were in the box. Nothing irritates me more than ordering extra and not getting them. Yummo!

Never have an issue at the glen carbon location. Even replaced some half cooked garlic knots without a single issue. Plus it's drive thru
