We were so happy when Peel opened a O Fallon Illinois location! We enjoy the variety of beer and cocktails that are offered. The wings were the right amount of heat! Love the new hot honey pepperoni pizza! We always order the Prosciutto Involtini appetizer, it is a must, not to mention the three dipping sauces which are included!

My partner and I are visiting from Arizona. I'm actually impressed with the food. I am not a big eat the entire wing person but when I took my first bite of the wings I knew for sure it was the best wing I have ever had! We also had the potato wedges( not pictured) absolutely divine! The flight was such a great price, I couldn't turn down a great sample & they were absolutely amazing. Thank you to the waiter for recommending the Perception IPA as well. I'm a pizza girl & this pizza was one of my top 3 favorites !!! The waiter came around with a visual tray of the chefs desserts and let me tell you it was brilliant !!! The cheesecake is to die for !! Thank you PEEL for a great experience.

Came here with my step kids and husband. We did have a bit of a wait, but it was nice outside. So it didn't bother us. They add you to a wait list that can text you once your table is ready. They have ample seating arrangements. Pricing is about average for a place such as this They have a main bar and you can see in the front kitchen on what they are making. We decided to order two different pizzas. That way the kids split one and the other between my husband and I. I ordered their moscato wine, which was good. Too good, I had to have one more glass! We also had shareable food prior. Their garlic bread was really good. It comes with marinara sauce and Parmesan cream cheese. The other appetizer was the wood fired stuffed mushrooms. We enjoyed our pizzas. We had the trio and the kids did the buffalo. Our service was great and the food came out in a timely manner. I did find out, they have a 3rd location, which is in Clayton, MO. Only know of O"Fallon and Edwardsville iL. They do share parking with other local shops and bars near by. So we did have to park a little bit away.

Great feel, great food, good place for a group of friends, family or a date. They have their own brews you can try or a great selection of other drinks. You can eat downstairs or upstairs and there's a bar at each level. I've eaten there multiple times and love it each time.

I'm here on a business trip and couldn't resist returning for a second try! Was not disappointed food and service was excellent. Beer (Alterior Motive) is great! My only regret is I don't that I don't live closer!

So disappointed in Peel today. I'm a lifelong resident of O'Fallon and a frequent patron of Peel in O'Fallon. Today, our hostess, Kate, told me my party could not be seated outside, despite tables and chairs being set up outside, citing "the patio opens in late April." Understandable, but the real issue was Kate's condescending attitude and total lack of customer service. After being seated inside by a brick wall and having eaten most of my meal, I see Kate seating an entire family out on the patio. When I approached her and asked her, she said, "Oh, my manager said it's okay." So I asked to speak with her manager, who proceeded to excuse Kate, giving her age and "only 3 weeks on the job." Josh the manager didn't even offer to rectify the situation; he just had excuses. SO DISAPPOINTING. Peel. PS - Future customers who will go despite this review: don't even bother getting the s'mores pizza. There's no Nutella on there; just some cheap Hershey's syrup. Go across the street to Le Ono.

I was confused as to why this place only had 8 reviews… then I realized the pizza place attached has nearly 2600 gleaming reviews. As it should. The wings are incredible (maple bourbon black pepper glaze ftw) and the pizza slaps. However, the brewery deserves it kudos as well. I got the Truffle Shuffle, a golden stout, and my wife got the blood orange wheat. Both are something to write home about.Great place! Bring the whole fam.

The pizza and the wings are both delicious! Ask for the garlic fire wings- you won't be disappointed! Also a micro brewery.

I keep trying, mainly because it's a convenient central location to meet with friends, but not impressed with food...

We've been solidly disappointed in the food scene since moving to the Southern Illinois area. So, it was a real treat to eat at Peel last night. Wings, excellent. I'm hoping that Ranch was house made because it was perfect. Pizzas were also delicious and my only note is that the crusts were pretty soft and required a fork and knife as the slice couldn't be picked up by hand. But, the flavors were so good, it's not that big of a deal. Hurricane was so fresh and tasty! Service was ON POINT and I love that they seem to use team service to make sure everything was timely and flowing. Water and sodas were always full, no lags between courses, appropriately timed check drop. Five stars. Can't wait to go back.
