The food is top notch. So very delicious! If flavor is what you're looking for this is it! The wait can be long during peak hours though. Worth the wait and I hate waiting.

Service was good. They were very busy. But I asked my server if my choice was spicy. I can not tolerate it, at all. She said no. It was. Very, so I didn’t eat. I hate sending food back.

Love coming here! The staff is great, the food is delicious and it’s a great spot for a date night, happy hour after work, or a family night! My go-to order is the honey chipotle wings, their happy hours wedges(wedges with cheese, garlic cream sauce, and bacon), and their cookie butter crème brûlée. The cheese bread was also good and my kid approved of the kid pizza and spaghetti.Parking: The parking can fill up as it’s downtown ofallon but there’s street parking on the side tooKid-friendliness: Kids menu available and affordable kids meals. Staff was friendly with children.Wheelchair accessibility: Side door is wheelchair accessible and there is an elevator to the second floor inside.

The food at Peel is generally tasty (although one time my Margherita pizza sauce had a strange fruity flavor that almost tasted like peaches). The main issue that I have, and the reason that I likely won’t return, is the host/hostess situation. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gone to Peel the process of entering the restaurant and getting a table has been a disaster. This resulted in leaving the restaurant the last two times we’ve tried. Today, we wanted to use up the last of a gift card so we stayed and got our food to go. There’s always people standing around the host stand and it’s set up where the host has to turn their back to you to find a table. Today, our hostess turned around for a minute or so, then said “do you want a high top?” I said sure and she basically pointed towards the back and didn’t say anything else. This was at the same time a huge group of people was walking up and crowded around the host area and down the long hallway leading to the bar area. We had to ask her where we were supposed to go, if we needed menus, etc. because she gave us absolutely no direction and barely spoke to us. This was around 4:30 and there appeared to be several open tables within the main seating areas. We didn’t even know she was seating us at the bar because she didn’t say anything. Her essentially refusing to speak to us or give us any direction was so off-putting and such a poor welcome to the restaurant. I really think the entry/seating process needs to be rethought as this has been a consistent problem. We ended up sitting at the bar and ordering pizzas to go, had we been seated at a regular table with a better customer experience we probably would’ve gotten apps and salads but just wanted to get out quickly as we were very frustrated. It’s a bummer because I really enjoy Peel’s pizza and we don’t have many great options on this side of the river.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Peel Pizza in O'Fallon, Illinois, and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. The food and service were absolutely fantastic (ask for Matt Holtgrewe and you will not be disappointed), and I was particularly impressed with the fact that they offer gluten-free options. The pear salad was a delightful start to the meal, with its fresh and crisp flavors. The assortment of wings and pizzas was simply mouthwatering, and each bite was filled with deliciousness. However, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the smash burger. It was hands down the best I have had in a long time, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.I would also like to commend the ownership for getting everything right. The attention to detail and the commitment to providing a great dining experience was evident throughout my visit. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're looking for a place that offers great food, excellent service, and a wide range of options including gluten-free choices, Peel Pizza is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend it and would like to extend my kudos to the ownership for their dedication to delivering a memorable dining experience.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

I love this place and have been a customer since their first store in Edwardsville. I have always loved their atmosphere at each location and the service is always great. The food is really good but pricey. The apple gorgonzola salad, prosciutto involtini, and wood fired sub are my favorites. I am not a big pizza fan and only giving 4 stars because they got rid of the best pizza on their menu (in my opinion), the hot brown. If they bring it back I would give 5 across the board!

I’ve been here a few times now and it never disappoints! The first time I went with my family, my husband was disappointed and couldn’t eat our pizza because even though it only listed mozzarella, it was apparent by the smell and taste that there was more than one cheese there.However- I’ve gone with my mom and again with girlfriends a few time to split pizza/apps/salads and have a drink and it’s been amazing. The prosciutto involtini is what dreams are made of, and you can’t go wrong with any of their salads either! Last time I went I had the peach Moscow mule, and while it was pricey, it was delicious! It’s a fun, laid back atmosphere that you can definitely bring the whole family to!
