My go-to order is the honey chipotle wings, their happy hours wedges(wedges with cheese, garlic cream sauce, and bacon), and their cookie butter crème brûlée. “I was confused as to why this place only had 8 reviews… then I realized the pizza place attached has nearly 2600 gleaming reviews.As it should. The wings are incredible (maple bourbon black pepper glaze ftw) and the pizza slaps.However, the brewery deserves it kudos as well. I got the Truffle Shuffle, a golden stout, and my wife got the blood orange wheat. Both are something to write home about.Great place! Bring the whole fam.“
“Gia's is definitely a hometown favorite. Typically everyone is friendly, and the food is always fresh. Gia's sits at the corner in what people would consider "downtown O'fallon". Ambiance is great, there's a main dining area with televisions and a bar, and additional seating on the north side of the restaurant.“
“I like being able to bake it myself, ensuring that it is hot and fresh. They always have it ready when I get there. Or they make it quickly and do a great job. The staff is nice and will make the order as you specify. No problems. There's always easy parking, in and out quick.Parking: Lot's of parking, easy, quick parking close to establishment.“

“Ordered a large Dr. Dre pizza and split with another. The bill was able to be split so we got more pizza at a cheaper price than getting the small. That is nice so we didn't have to figure out who would pay the full amount and how to repay the other.“
