The food is always top notch and you couldn’t ask for better service. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. If you want to watch the game you can catch it on one of the TVs. I really liked that I could check the score without having to talk over the tv. It was quiet enough you could hold a conversation. Always my GOTO for sushi!

Amazing service, she was on top of it. Anything we needed she was right there. Atmosphere was relaxed and it was nicely decorated inside. Sushi was amazing! Looked beautiful and so tasty. We will definitely be back for more!

Great food and friendly service. The only reason I gave it a slightly lower rating for service is because I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my food after being seated. In defense to the restaurant last night was Valentine’s Day and the place got a crazy rush of people and families right after I arrived. Lesson learned for them: plan more staff during special days/holidays. Lesson for me eat early or late on these same days. I’d recommend this Sushi bar and I’ll be back to try again.

A little scared of "Midwest sushi?" Not at Sake in O'Fallon IL. Smart, attentive staff, fresh sushi and the OMG roll is just that! Enjoy it every time.PS they have gluten free soy sauce too ?

The food was great and made quickly, the presentation was awesome (they brought our rolls out on a boat), and the customer service was wonderful. I like they they bring you miso soup and salad with your meal. I highly recommend the Rebekah roll!

This place is sooooo overrated.The food quality is poor. The rice is dry and it is not fresh. The fish is definitely not fresh and dry. The pieces are really small and falling off. The taste is like Chinese buffet or grocery store sushi. Over pricedI went there based on reviews, unfortunately very disappointing
