This location lacks of consistency is horrible.. I come here enough to know when I'm being short changed. I ordered a bowls with extras in it. I order the same bowls on a regular basis and working out. Tonight, the manager decided to not fill my bowl up to its regular spot and had the ordacity to tell me their cutting back. So cut back on my bill. You expect me to pay $25.00 but you cutting back. The manager at this location lacks training and corporate needs to educate him on customer service. Stop giving business your money for bad service.

The new smoothies bowls have to literally be the best thing they have in their menu! (Besides the cinnamon banana smoothie ofc!) The workers are always so kind and diligent & the place is so clean! Please go try a smoothie bowl, they're addicti

This location is extremely inconsistent. I get a smoothie almost every single day. The consistency of the smoothie varies day to day and when ordering in the mobile app they only have it ready for pickup less than 50% of the time. Very frustrating location. Seems like they flip a coin on whether to give me a plastic or styrofoam cup. Product is great. Service could improve. Also have about 10 different $2 rewards built up on my mobile app from ordering so much but the continues to not work properly not allowing me to access the $2 off. Very frustrating.

this smoothie king is the absolute worst one i have been too. the kids joke around too much in there and if you go through the drive through plan on sitting there for a LONG time. if you want a smoothie bowl forget about that because they are too lazy to make them. 0/10 DO NOT recommend coming to this one until there is motivated people that start working here.

Smoothies are good but the service here is horribly slow. Ordered at 11 and my smoothie was finally ready at 11:30. Some of the workers clearly hustle but others I have never seen move so slow for being so far behind. They don’t call out names either when they complete the order… so everyone’s constantly having to come back and check the pick up area. Plan at least 30 min just to pick up a smoothie if you stop here.
The smoothies are great and the bowls as well, but it way too loud here, cant hear anything the ladies say. Feels more like a night club in here. Very slow service, waiting 30min for our order. I only ordered two items. Lower down that music!!!

Did you hear that Smoothie King has Açaí Bowls?It's true. At least, that's what they say.But they NEVER have the ingredients to make them. Why, Smoothie King, why?It seems to me a case of poor inventory management . Every time I go to get an açaí bowl, they are either missing a topping or açaí itself and am forced to choose something else or leave empty handed.And I see others come in while I'm waiting with the same problem, including Door Dash drivers.Are you afraid to make money Smoothie King?Do you need better training on how to manage your inventory?Please figure it out so we can enjoy our complete açaí bowls with all of the toppings.Thanks!

I was so excited to get a smoothie bowl, I spent $11 on a bowl I didn't even eat bc as soon as I opened the lid I saw hair laying on top. The smoothie was also super watery. Very disappointed.
