This morning you’re lucky to get a 2. 4-5 minutes to acknowledge me verbally that I’m at the register, while every staff member has looked at me multiple times, is unacceptable, rude and poor business practice. At least my drink was solid.
Ordered the "Medicine Ball," and they absolutely knew what it was (Honey Mint Tea), but it wasn't made very minty or with much honey or peppermint, and I requested extra of both.
