Worst sushi place I’ve ever eaten at. I ordered 3 rolls and honestly they were the worst things of sushi I’ve ever eaten and we had already put our second order in and I asked if I could cancel it or take some stuff off cause I was already getting full and she said I couldn’t cancel or take anything off of it. The only thing that was good that I tried was the goyoza. Everything else awful and I can’t emphasize enough how disgusting it was. In the photo the sushi on the right I hadn’t even touched it and it came like that all messed up and the top part wasn’t even cut.

Sushi was ok not great. Chicken teriyaki plate was awful. Chicken didn't really taste cooked all the way and didn't have any flavor and was just soaking in sauce. Cannot speak for the service as this was takeout although, I won't be back.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my food. When the place wasn’t even crowded, they handled the takeout people three times faster than the ones eating inside of the restaurant. When I asked how long it would take for my food to the lady at the front counter, she puts her hand up and answers the phone for 30 seconds before rolling her eyes and telling me where are you sitting when I’ve been sitting right in front of the counter, the entire time waiting To receive my appetizer.The chain has a good history overall but this location is the absolute worst that you could ever possibly go to. I don’t even write reviews on Google, but this is the first time that I’m doing it because it’s a necessity please save yourself the time and energy drive to St. Louis, not worth the food poisoning.

I wish you could zero stars because this place does not need to be in business.We drove from Salem to try this Sushi Ai location today and had the worst experience ever.We’ve gone to the location in St Louis several times before and were quite disgusted by the very poor quality of the food at this location. We were a party of 5 and most of us were ordering from their “premium” all you can eat menu.Each of us ordered crab Rangoon as an appetizer, but what we received was liquid filling inside that tasted like sweet icing with barely any crab meat inside. We showed the server and upon seeing it she said “oh no” very concerned and we asked if this is normal and she then said yes and walked away. We knew this was in fact not normal, as we’ve ordered crab Rangoon at Sushi Ai every time we’ve gone in the past.After a few moments she brought back another one to our table, and it was the exact same liquid filling inside. She then brought another and it was no different, after that we finally asked if she would just take them off our table because they tasted awful. She was very obviously annoyed with our request, but removed them.We all ordered fried rolls except one of us, and each fried roll had that same disgusting liquid inside. We attempted to eat them, but they had no flavor and just tasted fried so we then complained again about this disgusting liquid in the food, and after that this man came to our table.He started to yell at us when we calmly explained that we were quite disturbed with the quality of our food and this disgusting liquid. He told us we would get a 10% discount but he wouldn’t do anything else because he’d lose money.We explained that we are not comfortable eating this food as we are concerned that we may be become ill due to the poor quality of food. He questioned how we could get sick and we explained to him again that it’s possible to get sick from food that is not properly prepared.He then told us he doesn’t care if we like it or not, that he thinks it’s fine and he would eat it himself. He then offered us 50% off and we explained to him again how we didn’t even eat the fried rolls, the only person who ate was the one guest who ordered a non fried roll and we stated we were willing to pay full price for that one person because of this, but did not want to pay for food that was such terrible quality as we couldn’t even consume it.He again complained he would be out of money, but didn’t care that we would be out of money, and a meal because of their poor quality food we received. We all skipped breakfast for the all you can eat sushi as well, so we were all starving.He then accused us of just not wanting to pay for this food, but we really just didn’t want to pay for food that looked like it would make us sick after consuming it.After yelling at us some more we finally gave him $40 cash that you can see in his hand in the video we captured. He kept telling us he did not care about us, or the restaurants reviews when I started to take his picture to which he stated “take my picture I don’t care” and I let him know I’d record him then since he doesn’t care. He then started saying we took his picture without permission so he will be calling his lawyer.He continued yelling at us even after we paid him the total with 50% off and telling us to just leave as we were all already walking out of the restaurant.

Place is TERRIBLE because they have hidden rules about the all you can eat sushi because they charged me double just because my fiancé took one slice of sushi from my plate and the last time I came here the avocado was darkish brown and old and the service is the same person with absolute rude attitude and doesn’t not have a friendly attitude and on top of that all they do is gossip about how guest look!!

I had All-you-can-eat. It was good. Definitely worth the money. Loved the veggie tempura. Serving was pretty quick as well. Parking was convenient, right in front of the restaurant.
Out of the maybe 50 sushi places I’ve eaten in my life, this is probably literally the worst. I don’t think I’ve ever had sushi taste this bad even at Chinese buffets. When someone talks about gas station sushi, this is what they mean only worse. Even the Ginger was disgusting and how in the world do you mess up Ginger?! ?♂️?All I’m saying is that I don’t think I’ve EVER had sushi worse than this. Gross I would give them 0 stars if I could. The guy making sushi blew his nose and then didn't wash his hands. So NASTY. I will never eat there again. Sushi isn't even any good anyway. Standard ayce is 14.99 and it's nothing. Just go somewhere else. Restaurant is not very clean either.

Very quick with the sushi rolls! And they are always so good. They never forget the wasabi sauce,soy sauce, and chopsticks !!! Love this place! Plus I left my card there one day and they put it up for me to come back and get. !!
