It can be incredibly difficult to find good vegan good, but I always know I can visit The Happy Bakery for a good meal served by smiling faces. The baked goods are out-of-this-world good (you just have to try those sprinkle cookies!) and the lunch/brunch options are just as delicious.You do not have to *be a vegan* to enjoy The Happy Bakery. Even if you eat meat for every other meal, you can go here and enjoy some fantastic food that just so happens to be free of meat and dairy products. I have taken friends and family here that were not vegan, and they all had a great time.

I arrived Sunday at 2:30 pm, with online hours saying open until 3:00 pm, only to find out they close their kitchen at 2:00 pm, so I could not get a meal. They should close at 2;00 pm if not able to properly serve people.

The most amazing vegan cupcakes ever!!! I’ve been vegan for 8 years and I’ve never tasted sweets so good. I ate their sweets when I was visiting my aunt. They were so good I had her send me some in the mail, I live in Florida so those sweets had a trip. I wish someone would send me more.

Nice owner and wonderful food! I tell everyone to check it out! Brunch on Saturdays is my kids favorite ? and they aren't vegan! The hummingbird cake is amazing!Kid-friendliness: They have board games, coloring books and a very nice atmosphere that my kids really enjoy and are open to trying.

The only reason I give this place three stars is because I am not vegan. I am a man who enjoys his milk and eggs in his baked goods. That being said, very quaint restaurant, very at home feeling. If this is the lifestyle you choose, please come and give this place a visit. It smelled absolutely amazing in there, and they were very friendly warm and welcoming. While I stood their trying to decide was very informative about all the goods being sold.

Such a quaint and beautiful like cafe. The entire place is cozy and welcoming. I love the French feel to the ambiance. The workers were so friendly and polite. Now on to the important part THE FOOD! It was incredible. I mean there isn't any vegan places in the area, so being delicious and close is a must for me. I got the Buffalo chick'n ranch and it was mouth watering! The entire thing was cooked so well and better than any vegan meal I've made for myself lol. Compliments to the chef. The homemade chips were so moist and fresh I smiled the entire time I ate them. I also had to try the strawberry crunch cupcake. It was so amazing, I have no other words to describe it other than exquisite. My husband got the brownie and I tried a piece and it was so chocolaty and delicious. I will be returning. Thank you so much Happy Bakery for an amazing lunch!

I'm so excited that there is a great spot for vegan breakfast, their dishes are great and the sweets are also good. The location is easy to find and cute dining area. We prefer to take breakfast to go so we don't smell like the food after dining in but would recommend!!

Charlie from the Happy Bakery did such a fantastic job with my daughter's birthday cake! It was an owl-themed birthday party, and the cake was the highlight. I brought a few ideas of what I wanted to Charlie, and she took care of the rest. She made it even cuter than I had imagined! We picked the Oreo cake flavor and it was insanely delicious! 10/10 recommend ordering your cake from the Happy Bakery if you indeed want to end up happy!!!

I did a quick google search while in O'fallon on business. This bakery popped up. The location is a bit confusing as I whizzed by it with my GPS. There is no parking lot for customers so the parking lot you see... don't park there. Just hit the street parking. The bakery looks like a house on the corner. It is very colorfully decorated. The railing needs a bit of tightening as I about face planted on the stairs. You walk in and you are in the "dining room" which is quaint. Head up to the bakery counter and look in the case. Yummy goodness awaits. I wanted to try one of everything. The small cupcakes are just ok. Skip it and go for the oatmeal cream pie or the best banana nut muffin you will ever had. I brought the goodies home for me and my husband and we both agreed on the banana nut. It was delicious! Highly recommend. Cute business. I wish much success. Polite, reasonably priced and yummy!
