This place used to be pretty fast but now they are slow. I don't come there often but every time I have in the past few months I had to pull to a waiting area. For a few items. No more than 5 or 6. The cookie tote wait is expected. But the last time was for just for small burgers. A 15 minute wait!?! And 4 cars that arrived after me left before me. The staff who attend are not attentive most of the time and sometimes they take a long time to respond, sometimes they are talking or texting on their cell phone and they are not interested in who arrives.Kid-friendliness: It's good to take the kids.

I think they were unorganized. Not enough service for outside pick ups. People getting other people orders. Inside was a little unorganized. My Frappe, one was watering down while they needed to get machine in order. I had one frappe that was great and the other one was a total mess. Employees all over the place, and management was moving slow. In handling, and as well as in movement.
