I stopped at Ogle County Brewery in Oregon after visiting the nearby Lowden State Park on a day trip from Chicago with a friend in the Fall. The weather was nice enough to sit on the sidewalk patio in front of the brewery and enjoy a flight of beers. We visited this little brewery in a historic building in downtown Oregon on a quick tour through northern Illinois. It wasn't really on our agenda, but since we were nearby, we decided to stop. They had a good variety of beers, and a nice menu of meals and snacks. We opted for the Brewhaus Bread and Oil which was a great option holding us over until we got to our dinner location. I have to say the inside of this place is beautiful. You can get lost just looking around. bathrooms were clean. However the food was not our cup of tea. The sandwiches Meat was all chopped up with all the dressings almost like a tuna salad or something. I had the brisket sandwich (5) and fries (10). My wife had chicken (5).
