Went to Subway. Paid 15 bucks for steak subnormal and they were very stingy on giving me vegetables and complained about it and before I walked out I gave the other half away to another customer cuz I got both of them separate wrapped. It was not good. I went somewhere else would never return

Id give this 0 stars if possible... After countless visits to this subway , hoping for better service each time and it has been awful. Specifically a few crew member women in particular that worked this weekend were rude and very unpleasant. The employees are rude and make horrible sandwiches... I'll defintely be taking my business elsewhere. Save yourself a headache and go to the byron or forreston locations ... the extra 5 miles is well worth the quality of food and customer service.

Went in the other week and paid with a card. Girl behind the counter says “oops I rang it up as a footlong, do you want another 6 inches?”. I say no so she says “well I don’t know how to reverse it, you will just have to come back another day and tell them what happened and get a the same 6 inch sub.” No receipt, note, nothing, what if she wasn’t working the next time? What if I want something different? Would anyone believe me? What a joke, and I had seen her behind the counter for several months, wasn’t like it was her first day.

I contacted subway about a week ago and no one has responded to my request of a refund(just a copy and paste respond on how they will educate their staff).I had a $60+ order(off the app) that had such poor food quantity l ended up throwing away 90% of it. The bread was horrible, tough and shrunk like it was either super old or it didn’t rise enough before baking. The meat was chewy as if again old or was left out/not properly prepped. There was little to no sauce on two of the subs as well. This was supposed to be a treat for my kids and we all ended up having to eat cereal instead as it was too late to make something else for dinner and I was not about to drive all the way back from home.I also had this same issue the last time so it’s been about 4 months since I’ve ordered from here, thinking there would be some improvement. I’m going to keep trying to contact a higher up but I’m obviously upset at this entire experience. One 6” was freaking $8 and it was the worst one. I will not be going back.*edit* it’s been well over a month and I’ve been ghosted by subway. No response to my emails or when I fill out the comment/contact forms. So if anyone orders online please check the sandwiches before you leave to try and avoid a situation like mine.

It is obvious that the owners of this location are suffering badly…. Even the cashier commented that “they are too cheap to buy that..” when I requested sweetener for my ice tea. While making my sandwich I asked for tomatoes and the “artist” first threw on 4 (for my 12”) and I commented it is suppose to be 6… three per side and the guy had to get manager approval for six tomato slices…and to make it even sadder he did the same thing on cucumbers! Then when I attempted to use a Subway promotion I was told “we don’t do those”… He was nice enough to tell me they take them in Dixon and Polo but not here. As for the food taste, it was good. Fresh bread and decent veggies. But the cutbacks on basics is sorely apparent… enough so that I will start taking the family to Polo for our Subway experiences from this point on….

Guy kicked out two subs in 3 minutes, and they have a special mixture of peppers and carrots. I'm not sure what else, it was so spicy and delicious!
