I paid $16 for chicken wings that I ordered for my kids when they start eating them. I saw that it was from yesterday. It was yucky and so cold. When I asked them to give me my refund they give me just seven dollar and they asked me to give me another chicken wings. Please don’t eat in this

Soooo I've noticed that the Walmarts in the South Suburbs are opening Charley's Cheesesteaks and Wings and my daughter and I haven't eaten there so we said we would try one once they opened. My daughter and I were running are Saturday errands and Walmart in Orland Hills was on the list. Guess what is open there? Charley's Cheesesteaks and wings. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with extra provolone cheese and extra mayo with regular fries and a regular lemonade. I'm used to The Great steak and Potato in the malls. Charley's steak and fries was good but not as good as the Great steak They did not put the extra Mayo on my sandwich so I had to ask for packets. My daughter had regular wings and fries. Yelp family the chicken was so good to my baby she was not on her phone one time while eating and she told me to hurry up and take the picture of her food. Now honestly no matter how hungry she is if it's not a hit to her she won't eat it. But she gave it a 10/10 and she is VERY picky!! My food I would give a 6/10. It was fresh and good but something was missing. What?? I can't really say. If hungry I would eat it again but I wouldn't say let's go there. They have things on their menu other than steak sandwiches like mozzarella sticks, different flavors of wings and gourmet fries. Of course there's plenty of parking because they are inside of Walmart so you have free parking in the Walmart parking lot. They had about 6 tables so you can sit or take your food to go.. it's not loud or quiet but busy because customers are getting food and so are Walmart employees.. They had about 4/5 employees but they need to make sure someone is checking the tables to keep them cleaned off. Customers just get up and walk off leaving their trash on the table.

I normally love Charley's , but I will definitely never be going to this location again. I ordered 2 simple sandwiches. A 3 cheese bacon Philly with no veggies or mayo (so just meat and cheese) for my husband and a chicken California with everything on it for me. The bacon Philly not only wasn't plain, but had toppings on it that don't normally come with it !!! A bacon 3 cheese is supposed to come with lettuce,tomato, mayo, and pickles. His sandwich had peppers onions and mushrooms on it. We counted AT LEAST 7 workers in the kitchen just standing around talking , explains why our order was messed up. What a waste of food and money.
