My first time shopping with them today and I bought a hockey jersey from them for a event I’m going to and get all the way home a see the alarm wasn’t still on it which wasn’t a big deal I go back and marlene the cashier or whoever she is very rude I was not about to argue with her I just had a lost in my family so I just returned the product will not shop here ever again and now I have to wait for the money to get back on my account for a mistake I didn’t make in the first place

Great selection. Each genre or character/show is separate into groups. Very high quality items and no junk. Isn't way over priced like many other places as prices are fair I'd say. Employees always very nice and helpful

Love shopping at BoxLunch! The selection is always great, and it helps that they sell merch based around my favorite games and anime. They always have some deal going on, which I definitely take advantage of. I can't recommend them more! :)
Lots of movie culture items, things you want find at other stores in a mall, liked idea of giving a person a meal from purchase you make from this store. Great for business and helping someone.

It's always good to find a new store!!!! We come to this mall all the time but just took a chance on Box Lunch. We were in search of some new plush toys for my daughter, thankfully Box Lunch was the perfect place for that type of stuff. The cashier Michelle, was extremely helpful with checking us out and even signed us up for the rewards program.

I love BoxLunch and all their products and the message they stand for BUT this BoxLunch in particular is not the best. I needed to make a return (still within the time frame to be able to do so) and they were very hesitant about me returning. Things happen, life happens, I needed my money back. I had my receipt and everything but the lady (who I assume was a manager) would not allow me to make my return without the coupons I received when making the purchase. No where on the receipt did it say I needed to have the coupons on hand. Not trying to deal with that anymore, I left the store and went to another location the following day only for them to tell me that bringing the coupons back was not necessary at all. I didn't appreciate the waste of time they made me go through, all because they seemed skeptical about my return. I'm a pretty loyal customer to BoxLunch in general, just not this location.
