I ate there on Feb 5, 2024. There was no wait. Prices very reasonable compared to McDonalds and Wendy's. Compared to Wendy's and McDonalds in Palos Heights, dining area was more comfortable and the soda machine was easier to access. Had not had a Whopper in 5 years and taste was fine. French fries, while unhealthy anywhere, were good. I will return here in July.

I said that I wanted to dine in twice, but the man at the register still put my stuff in a bag. I also ordered onion rings but didn't get any. When I told him, the man at the register didn't apologize that he missed it. I'm not coming back!

Sitting in the drive threw for15 min no one helped me with anything I called they didn't answer I was there a hour after they opened and no service at all.
Showed up well before close. doors were locked and drive thru closed. Employee(s) already sweeping up and obviously not willing to serve. Had to go find a different burger king

I got something different than what I ordered, although I was alone with my friend in the restaurant, my friend didn't get the fries he ordered, when he asked the staff they told him he hadn't ordered it. there was only me and my friend in the restaurant, we waited 20 minutes for 4 wraps and 1

Worst burger King I have ever visited. Waited 25 minutes in Drive thru for order and only 1 car ahead of me. Employee was so rude when he handed me the order not a thank you or I'm sorry for the wait.

Orders were wrong but the cashier was a nice guy apologized and fixed the problem right away and was very polite to my kid. Awesome cashierKid-friendliness: Staff was very friendly and patient with my daughter and her food allergies they looked out for her did a quick job of fixing her meal
